Steering Problem with a humming noise!
Franco was great as always but unless he has the backing Of the mechanics with the exact part to repair of replace he will give the customer the wrong call Inwhich both issues was wrong that had me to stay over and extra day with my car just sitting there to the end of their next work day as the correct repair was made that could clearly be seen from the Dashboard where the problem was ! That was the worst service I’ve ever received from Southern Chrysler And I’ve been coming for years after retiring From my business! I’ve bragged on Southern Chrysler after going to Blackwell Dealership In Danville for a recall that my dashboard was incorrectly put back together until I don’t bother with it anymore because the light keeps coming on because they then n dealership In Danville for a recall that my dashboard was incorrectly put back together until I don’t bother with it anymore because the light keeps coming on because they did not replace it like they found it causing The remote start to not work because of the battery being low from the light of the glove compartment being on ! They botched the recall! they watched the Recall By correcting one problem and giving me another! A better trade off but why not both! These days and times I don’t believe organizations and companies are capable because of No pride in their work and very little integrity behind it ! I can say that by experience Thanking God I had Receipts To justify my claim that put and end to it all! No apology never given !

I get my jeep compass serviced at southern always. and it seems just for an oil change it takes an hour or more which i find ridiculous and that's usually after i find the person handling the service write ups!!!!

Courteous and friendly service advisor.
I had to have my 2014 Jeep Cherokee towed in to the dealership. Franco was my service advisor and he was very helpful with the status of the repairs and arranged for a rental while repairs were being made under my extended warranty.

Car service
AC repair was quick , got me in without a previous appointment. Price seems to be on the expensive side , I am sure I could have gotten this job done at a lower price but I never service my car at non authorized center

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever
This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I told them what I wanted, and when I got to the dealership, they had it sitting there waiting for me. It was love at first sight! The rest of the process went just as smoothly! I will keep coming back!
