Awesome Service Department Experience

I took my car to this dealership out of desperation, the dealership that I had been going to was one of the worst places to go. I tested them first with a front light replacement, they were courteous and quick (in and out in 15 minutes) even though this was the first time I had been there. It didn't matter to them that I had been taking my car to another dealership, I was impressed and decided to take my car there for it's 100,000 mile physical. Well, I was tickled to death, they not only stayed true to the time frame they gave me and original estimate but the service advisor (Jamison Hunley) came in several times and explained what was going on, what needed to be done right now and what could wait, he finished with an estimate of future charges. Mind you, I had quite a bit of work done, new tires, filters, plugs, coolant flush and fuel line cleaning and finished up with front breaks. The breaks were a surprise but I asked if they would check and make sure there was nothing else wrong with my car and Mr. Hunley showed me my bad brakes and advised me to replace them, which I did, no problem there, I felt secure knowing that they actually listened to me and really checked out my car!. No one likes having to take their car in and get the news that there is more going on with it, the cost can be astronomical, communication and someone actually approaching you knowing it can be a hardship and working with you goes a long way with me. I was actually happy to pay the bill, can you believe it! My car runs like new and I couldn't be happier making the decision to take my business to this dealership. Several employees came through the waiting area while I was there, they all were cordial (nice to see people who enjoy their place of employment) and the waiting area was comfortable, no over booking!. I will definitely purchase my next car from them and continue using their service department.

great service

we wasn't even going to by a car. but they gave us a deal we coundn't pass up. we were in and in less than 30 min. great job!!!

Amazing!

My experience was outstanding. I had submitted the financial part of the paperwork the day before and pretty much just needed to show up and pick out what car I wanted to purchase and discuss the pricing. Mike Melton did an outstanding job helping me pick out my new car. Since I had done my research I knew what I wanted and Mike brought out my perfect match. The financial paperwork done by David Jones went smoothly and I was out the door and driving home with a huge smile on my face.

Great deal on a Jeep

Alex Sizemore was my salesman and did a great job. He had all paperwork prepared for the deal and after deciding to purchase we were driving out of the lot in less than an hour. One of the most efficient car buying processes I have ever experienced. Thanks a lot. Alex deserves a raise. Vehicle purchased was a 2011 Wrangler Sahara.

New Car!

Our car buying experience was very good. We had debated on buying a car for a long time but did not want to go through the whole "experience". Alex Sizemore was very professional and answered any questions we had. He also made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase before we left. I have to say that I will recommend Alex and Jim Johnson to everyone.

Great Service & Great Car

I had purchase a new vehicle in the past from Jim Johnson and was extremely satisfied with the service and the vehicle. When I needed to look for another car I went directly to the Jim Johnson website and saw a vehicle I liked, it was on the front page of the website as a "certified used car". My husband went to look at it the next day and the following day I went and took it for a test drive. Steve Wilson gave us excellent service. I loved the car, a 2011 Chevrolet Impala, and we bought it. I've always hated shopping for cars and am so glad I went on the Jim Johnson website. It saved me many hours of walking around at different dealerships. We had a bit of a wait to finalize all the paperwork but other than that our experience was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend Jim Johnson to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My fiance needed to replace his 1999 Chevy Cavalier in October and we planned to look at a Nissan Rogue. We came to the dealership and had a very easy experience purchasing a Certified 2009 Rogue. We were both driving our cars from high school and had never purchased a car on our own before. The experience we had with Alex Sizemore was easy and we felt comfortable with every decision we made. Fast forward to February and my 1999 Toyota Camry was ready to be replaced sooner than we had expected. We looked into a great deal on a 2011 Nissan Sentra but felt uncomfortable with the sales staff and knew we would have the opposite experience at Jim Johnson. We drove over to talk to Alex about purchasing a second car with him and had another wonderful experience. We had not been considering a brand new car but after taking the car home for an overnight test drive and coming back a second day we were sold and purchased our second Nissan from Jim Johnson. We are very pleased with not only the service we've already received but the promise of exceptional service in the form of future oil changes. We have both already fallen in love with our 2013 Nissan Sentra!

great dealership, everyone extra friendly!

I have dealt with many salesman over the years, and I actually worked at a dealership for 8 years in Tennessee, Mike Melton is a very nice, professional guy. this is the 2nd time trading with him. so we consider him a very important contact in our life. I drive 45 miles one way each day to work and I must trade my car every 2 years, so I will always be contacting him wherever he is.

GOOD DEAL AND NICE EXPERIENCE!

No Pressure

We had several dealers to choose from when shopping for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. We are from Birmingham, Alabama and shopped regionally for the car. The personal, easy-going service we received from Steve Mink set Jim Johnson Hyundai apart from the rest. We got excellent pricing, and Steve even went the extra mile to take care of the window tint and bike hitch mount installation process. Buying the car was a very efficient process. We will definitely be back!
