Up front and honest.

I'm a no nonsense type of guy and will not tollerate the "used car salesman pitches". They didn't insult my intellegents and was a pleasure to do business with. Thanks for the experience and the car.

Well Pleased

I have purchased five vehicles from Jim Johnson. I have grown to know a lot of the people who work there, including Mr.Johnson's daugter.and alot of the people who make things happen. Each time I have traded vehicles I didn't have some salesman following me around unless I was needing information, then all I had to do was ask.Their sales team is kind and curtious. My salesman Micheal Melton is a wonderful person to deal with. Jim Johnson is a dealership that has your best interests in mind and a handshake is like years gone by back to a time when dealerships stood behind what they sold. Ralph Willis was great!!!

My wife and I came into Jim Johnson Nissan looking for a specific vehicle. Our intial contact was with Ralph Willis over the telephone. He was extremely polite and not aggressive. When we met with him, Ralph was genuinely concerned for our needs and very patient, even as closing hours had passed. When we could not meet with him the next day, he did not make any irritating or pushy phone calls. We saw him the day after (which was Ralph's day off), got the paperwork in order and made our purchase of a 2012 Nissan Quest. We are very happy with the vehicle, but more pleased a great experience. We will be back! Thanks Ralph!!!

Jim Morrow - Salesman/Tony & Carol Alicie - buyers

Although I suffered some buyers remorse, my main sense of dissatisfaction derived from the fact that we stated we did NOT want the extended warranty, yet when all was said and done it had been added to our cost. Other than that, the overall process went smoothly and I am satisfied with the Elantra we bought.

Great Dealership

i bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra in Feburary from Rick Williams. I told him exactly what i was looking for and he did a great job of finding it! I couldn't be happier. Rick was very easy to work with. You will not find a more honest and friendly salesman. He made the process of purchasing a new vehicle effortless. The entire team at Jim Johnson is wonderful. Jamison Hunley, service manager, does a wonderful job.
