Easy Deal

In purchasing my 2009 Toyota Corolla for my son I dealt with Crylll Lloyd. Admittedly car shopping is not something I enjoy; however Crylll listened to what I wanted and allowed the deal to happen. I will definitely return to the dealership when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Nice experience

Scott Wilson was the type of salesman I enjoy working with when I bought my 2011 Hyndai Certified Santa Fe. No pressure or silly gimmicks like some of the other places. Scott presented the deal with my trade and we worked out the final number and the deal was made.

Pleased with the services

My experience at Jim Johnson's was pleasant. Scott was very friendly and never pressured me into anything. Scott and the rest of the Jim Johnson team was extrememly nice to my four year old son and father. I was the one purchasing the car and Scott dealt with me not my father. I can't say that for some other car lots in Bowling Green. When I get ready for another car I will be going back to Jim Johnson's.

Example: Great service, clean facilities

Whatever it takes, now there's a moto! And that's how you'll feel when you walk onto Jim Johnson, Nissan/Hyundai's lot. Patrick was the perfect salesman. I left there feeling like he was working for me. I needed a vehichle, but was really just looking at what all was available. Car buying experience is very stressful for me, partly because there are so many to choose from and the expense I compare to buying a house 30-40 years ago . Patrick was actually running to find me what I was looking for before leaving, I was back inside my rental car, while Patrick was braving the cold, rainy & blustery day to find me the vehichle I purchased. Anything I wanted or asked for, Patrick made it happen. Jim Johnson did put on a little pressure, because I am a terribly indecisive person, and had to look on other lots before making a decison. Patrick's persistence and customer devotion is why we returned and finalized the purchase. Could have bought a Chevrolet Traverse on any lot. Jim Johnson and his staff will do "whatever it takes" to earn your business.

Rude at first, after awhile he got better. But i love jimjohnson anyway. Not to pleased with the salesman

A Great Experience in Car Buying

I would like to recommend Jim Johnson Nissan Automotive to any and all who are in the search for a new or used vehicle. I just purchased a 2012 Nissan Frontier from them and the buying experience was better than any other of my many automobile purchases in the past. There was absolutely no ?high pressure? from the sale staff. My first trip to the lot I let them know that I was in the market for a new vehicle but on that particular visit I was only interested in looking. The salesman (Alex Sizemore) was very helpful and patient with me throughout my initial visit. I had been researching and looking for a vehicle for several months. I felt that I was well informed prior to my visit, but Alex was able to point out a few other features that I had over looked. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then I let Alex know that I would let him know when I was ready to buy. Usually at this point is when you get ?hammered? by the entire sales staff at many dealers, but this was not the case at Jim Johnson. A couple of weeks later I contacted Alex and told him I was ready to purchase that vehicle. He immediately informed me that, that particular one had sold but they had others. I drove over that morning and found a vehicle that came very close to the one I had initially looked at. Alex bent over backwards in making every effort to make this vehicle match my initial choice, with the addition of a towing package my vehicle was complete. Throughout the entire process I felt and saw that they were willing to do what ever it took to see that I got the vehicle and the deal I wanted.
