Tyler really impressed me with his overall knowledge of the business and his quick response time in finding me exactly what I was looking for. But when I got another call from him later that evening informing me that he was able to get me an even better interest rate than we originally thought well, I was blown away by him to say the least. And it wasn't a slight drop it dropped my interest rate right at 10 points. He didn't have to do that or any extra work for me at all. He already had my deal and I'm positive he knew that. We typically do not enjoy the car buying process, but were happily surprised with the how easy and quick they made it. Everyone was very approachable, especially George who took great care of us. We ended up finding a nice used vehicle (2012 Toyota Rav 4) that was within our budget and have been very happy with it so far. Alex and Jim were extremely caring and friendly they both helped walk me through on getting my loan as well as helping me through the process of getting my car. They were honest and extremely trustworthy they didn't try to push me towards anything I didn't want to buy. They are very easy to talk to. They felt more like a knowledgeable friend helping us buy a car rather than a sales man selling me a car. My wife and I are extremely happy with the car we got we will buy from them again when we get another car.
