All aces here. Nothing but good things to say about this franchise. They really work hard to prove that they care about their customers. Daven did a great job by showing us what was available to us and got us approved for a car that we really liked.

Daven Divine went above and beyond for us while car searching! He spent hours... maybe days, helping us and getting us exactly what we needed for our family! We couldn't have asked for anything better! Great price! Great car! Great customer service!

We were greeted upon exiting our vehicle. Alex listened to what I wanted very carefully and then showed me a variety of vehicles with that description and helped me choose one that best fit. He took the time to get a car out of the show room for me to test drive. Due to having a 10 month old baby, my fiance was not able to be in the car with me while I test drove vehicles and vice versa. While we were waiting for the other to get back from a test drive, all of the other employees were very attentive to us. Asking every few minutes if we needed anything. Overall I was very pleased with the service from all employees.

We went to Flecher to just look around with no intention on buying anything that day! Our salesman, Tyler Kohley was very helpful in showing us several different options we could choose from. We ended up going in to see what we could be approved for and we ended up leaving in a new suv! Tyler was very patient and helpful with anything we had questions or concerns with and even stayed past closing time to make sure we were good to go!
