Great place to shop for a new car!

We came looking for an Elantra and ended up leaving with an Elantra AND a Sonata -- his and hers new cars! Tim and Drew made it an easy process. No pressure to sell us a car. They spent time with us after closing on a Saturday evening and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. We'd definitely buy here again.

Scammers

Drove 2.5hrs to dealership for a car that was supposed to be available. Called before I left and gave salesman my cell phone number. When I got there they said the car was sold. This was a bait car that was never available and I was lied to all along. Buyer beware! Terrible dealership/group of dealerships.

Great place, Great staff! If you want a straight and honest experience without all the fluff and extra hidden charges, Duncan is the place! Amazing 200K warranty added at no extra cost! Nathan Anderson was my salesman when I purchased the my 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. He accessed all my needs and was very helpful when answering all my question. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Nathan to all my friends and family.

Sold The Truck I Wanted To A Tech After Listing It

I contacted them regarding a rare vehicle they had listed that I was ready to pay cash for and had a trade ready. The internet sales rep was great and communicated promptly, but said that the truck was not even out on the lot yet, still going through detailing. Shortly after that I received a notification from her that one of the mechanics was signing the paperwork and purchasing the truck. I'd appreciate it if they'd wait for their vehicles to get a bit more "established" before they put them out on the Net. I suppose it's a fair move on their part, but a cruel tease. I marked them high for customer service because of the internet service rep - Julie, I think. She was great.

Straight Forward

Nathan was very nice, and very up front. We received a very good deal on a new car. There was a question, though, that he never answered, so I had to ding him one star. We traveled 150 miles to buy the car, so there was never a service thing to consider. So, just drove there, and left with a car. All went smoothly.

Go See Dedrick!

What a wonderful buying experience this was. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was courteous and genuine. In two trips, the first to test drive and the second to purchase, I was treated respectfully and like a customer should be treated. I ended up buying a Hyundai Genesis Coupe and could not be happier. Compared to all of my car shopping experiences I've had in the past month (I'm looking at you, First Team), this was by far the best, and they earned my business the right way. Go see Dedrick at Duncan -- he'll treat you right!

Vehicle Cleanliness

I bought a used SUV from them and the process was pain free. The car salesman I dealt with was friendly and helpful. That being said; the one negative thing I have to say is that their detailer's must be the worst in the business. I was told the SUV was detailed before the test drive but you could collect dust by running your fingers over the dash. Sand particles were scattered throughout the vehicle. The back mats were stained (not permanently stained). Cleaning solution was found "hardened" on dash (there was even a shot of this on their website pictures of the car). So of course, we mentioned this to our car salesman and he was happy to have it re-detailed. However, when the detailers finished, the only thing they accomplished was wet vacc'ing the stained mats in the back. Everything else was left untouched. I was too frustrated at that point to say anything and decided on doing it myself when I got home. To summarize, they need to hire new detailers.

Brad was the sales person that I worked with he was very helpful and honest. The business manager was nice polite and very helpful as well as patient for decision making
