Service Advisor Mike Iden

Earlier this week I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Oden from your service area. I was very upset with a very difficult situation with a member of my family. When I called the dealership to handle a problem I was having with a truck that we purchased from someone I needed help ASAP. Mike dealt with a local retailer that made an extra key for us it shut the system down. I was amazed at the.kindness and compassion that Mike.showed. We.didn't know if something else was wrong. He dealt not only with me but with the store that made the key. Mike was a blessing to me that day...his customer service care and concern went beyond his job description. Thank you Mike for how you took such good care of us you will never know what it meant to us. You are an asset.to your company! Thank you. Fran Milligan

Purvis The Ideal place to buy a vehicle!

fantastic service as usual.

Everytime I come to Purvis I am always warmly welcomed. My service advisor Russ Wuethrich as well as the other advisors are always there to answer my questions well and courteously. Hats off to a fine team.

Very professional

Well done!

Service was quick, efficient and professional from the moment I arrived to my departure. This was my second visit for service since purchasing my vehicle and both my service representatives were wonderful.

Professional service

A Smith wwas very courteous in handling my recall notice. There was a software glitch in the auto appt system which he addressed as well,as explaining my service. Thanks to Andrew.

Quick, efficient service

From the time I rolled in with no appointment, Mike was there to help me get the service I needed much faster than expected. I had some unexpected, but needed repairs. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. He has a very pleasant, friendly, professional manner. I really felt I could trust him. Although I thought my wait time for the repairs was very short, he explained how I can receive even faster service in the future. The re-modelling is very nice. I especially like the new Customer Business Center! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at Purvis Ford today. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt as if I was their only customer. Mike is an excellent example of the way Purvis Ford takes care of their customers. I look forward to working with him in the future
