This is hands down the best dealership in the greater San Francisco area if you're looking for a place that's truly customer-friendly, straightforward, and willing to offer a great deal without the business tricks/games. When I moved to Berkeley, I spent days visiting dealerships all over the Bay Area (even driving 1.5+ hours at one point) to find a good deal on a new car. Most of the dealerships had fancy buildings and sharp-looking staff, but they were all about the same old business tricks. Honestly, I was over it. Then I came across Napa Nissan. Their building isn't flashy, but they have a solid inventory—and more importantly, their team is incredible. Jason and Armando were so kind and patient, and they didn't try to pull any of the dealership games. Fun fact: Armando actually has a PhD in STEM, which totally sets him apart from the "typical" dealer experience. If you're lucky enough to find a car you like at Napa Nissan, save yourself the hassle and skip the other dealerships. Trust me, you won't regret it.

This had to be my finest experience, shopping for and purchasing a vehicle. The staff were excellent and attentive to my needs. They worked very well as a team. I never at any time felt pressured to purchase . I test drove the cars that I liked. And when I made up my mind to follow through with the purchase, I feel they worked hard to give me the best deal possible with a great warranty at minimal cost. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Jason was amazing! He was very personable and I walked out with the car of my dreams! We drove quite a way to come see a car, he sent me pictures, cleaned and had it ready to go upon our arrival! Bargaining was not uncomfortable at all, the process was smooth and we were able to come to a perfect price. Armando was very helpful as well. He was very calm and helped the exciting, yet nervous process. I am very happy with my new car and I thank Jason for his dedication!
