    They are GREAT! They pick my car up, service it, and return to me before my day is over. That is important since I live out of town , 90 miles away and... need to leave work at 4 pm. Emporia is Lucky to have a great dealership/service center that is fair and does not take advantage and price gouge. Price is a huge determining factor for me.!

    My old '05 Nissan Titan was making a loud grinding noise in the front end, and felt like the brakes were applied while driving. It turned out to be 2... bad front wheel bearings. The service dept. was able to order a less expensive choice of bearing since this is a 15 year old truck and they were considerate, trying to keep my costs down. I was pleased that the overall cost was less then I expected, truck drives great now. Even though they are a dealership, the service dept. is competitive with other repair shops in town.

    My car died at the gas pump, and I called their service department, not having any idea what to expect. They were over to my SUV within 5 minutes and... jump started my car right there on the spot! They were very kind the entire time, and asked me if I wanted to drive it over to service to check out what was going on with it. Once I got to the service center, they got me right in and diagnosed it with a bad battery (6-7 years old). They replaced the battery and I was back on the road in no time! Straight respect and honesty from these folks! My husband and I made it to the Holiday Galleria exactly on time and had a wonderful date night despite the initial panic of my car not working! Thank you Jesus! And Thank you John North Ford for being our Date Night Hero!!! :-)
