I can always trust John North Ford to take care of my service and maintenance needs. This is very important to me because I put around 5,000 miles per month on my F250 for work. I depend on the service department to make sure it keeps running smoothly.

Friendy. Easy to work with Mark in sales and the person that went over the cost and contract was very helpful and included all the things we wanted--warranty,cap insurance etc. The dealership was not pushy which was appreciated.

The pre sale inspection was not very good. The high beam lite were broken and had to be replaced. What else did they miss I wander. It takes a long time for them to sign over the Title. Which I don't understand.

Dealership was a joy to work with and everything went smoothly. They offered a good value and good trade in.
