John North Ford did a great job!

John North Ford in Emporia, KS looked my F-150 truck over to determine why my rearview camera kept coming on when I braked and a message about trailer wiring was on the dash. They ordered the wiring harness part and set up an appointment at my convenience. When I went to get the work done, they replaced the part and bare wires and had my truck to me within an hour. While waiting, I could either utilize their wifi or watch TV while having a hot beverage.

My 2012 F-250

we bought a used F250 from John North Ford, it was a good experience so much so that we also bought two NEW cars from them 3 vehicles within 10 days

Camaro Service

Service was great, customer service was great, but the service included a car wash. My car was clean when I left it there, but the outside had dirt and spots all over it when I picked it up. By I had to take it to the carwash before I went back to work.

John North Ford Lincoln

I will continue to buy my vehicles here. At the time I bought this vehicle I didn't care what make I was getting. The Chevrolet Dealer was right next door and I was shopping there too. This Ford Dealer made it very apparent that they would love to have me as a customer! It was made clear to both dealers that I was there to buy a car. I am so glad that it turned out the way it did. John North Ford Lincoln gave be multiple rebates! One of the rebates was for going to Emporia State University, where I had just earned my BSN! I love the way they treated me then, and how they continue to treat me. I will most definitely buy my vehicles here and will highly recommend them to all my friends and to anyone I meet!

They made my car pretty after an accident

Friendly, helpful staff. They took really good care of my car. It came out looking better than it did before the wreck. They also informed me that I had a really bad tire, which was something I hadn't noticed previously. I am very pleased with the work they did. My old car looks new.
