Great customer service!

Great customer service, and they made the shopping experience very easy for me. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this dealer to other people, and Wyatt was very helpful with helping me choose the right car.

Christopher hall

on a whim I decided to check out the new ram 1500 . These guys had the perfect truck for me . With a deal I couldn’t refuse !! Two thumbs up for the staff at Chrysler of culpeper

Chrysler of Culpeper

RJ was fantastic! The whole process took about an hour and half and we got a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and was constantly sanitizing. There was lots of cars to choose from and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Buyer

I was so disappointed with the experience of buying a vehicle from this dealership that I felt compelled to write a review, something I rarely do. I immediately noticed when I drove into the parking area no one I saw inside was wearing a mask or gloves and social distancing was not observed. My son asked the salesperson to bring the documents to be signed outside to me. Again , no mask, no gloves and no attempt to practice social distancing. I had to ask him to step back so I could get out of my car to get gloves and sign documents from the rear of my car. I was then asked to enter the building traveling through a group of unmasked and non practicing social distancing employees and others, one being my son. I had to ask who and where I was going and I was pointed to the individual I was to see. Entering his office, again no mask, no gloves I was directed to sanitized pens”. The process was quick ,as I had been there for over an hour and requested speed since I had an appointment . I was told it would take about 15 minutes because everything was ready for me to sign, prior to my arrival at the dealership,not! The lack of respect for my health and the public was appalling and the attitude of the employees turned my stomach. I know the original owners and celebrated with them when they opened this dealership, this is NOT what they would support. The only reason I did not leave was out of respect for them. People conduct this business as one of showing Respect and customer service, and maybe you do but I did not witness it on Saturday. SAD and disappointing!

first car purchase

This was a meant to be purchase. It was my son's first vehicle purchase and Thurston just made it the best experience ever. From start to finish, he did everything he said he would do and then some. Right down to putting a big red bow on the vehicle. There wasn't any of the pushiness that usually comes from the dealerships.

We had been looking for a particular truck and Chrysler...

We had been looking for a particular truck and Chrysler of Culpeper had one that they got in on trade. It was exactly what we were looking for and their price was extremely competitive with others on the market. We were from out of state and our dealer, Denis, went the extra mile to describe the truck to us, including doing an extra test drive and more pictures of the vehicle, which included pictures of any imperfections, to help us make a decision on whether or not to purchase their vehicle. He even picked us up from the rental car place. Needless to say, we did purchase their vehicle and drive it home to Florida without any issues whatsoever. The truck was as he said it was. Couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience, and with our dealer Denis. We highly recommend doing business with Chrysler of Culpeper, even if you are not local to them.

Rj is the man. From sales through financing, the buying experience was a breeze. Had exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful drive getting there and even better leaving.

Great transaction

Very smooth transaction from beginning to end. They were upfront with everything and couldn’t be happier. The went above and beyond, even delivering the Jeep 5 hours away.

Fast, Efficient, Friendly, and Upfront Dealership

Called in to check on a vehicle that was committed to a scheduled appt. Our salesman, Thuston Carpenter, offered to call back if the deal fell through. He kept his word and made sure the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive. The deal was amazing. Had financing worked out prior so it was a painless process. We were in and out with our vehicle in a short amount of time. Our finance specialist , Alex Lewis, was great to work with. We will be back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. Thurston made this one of the best car buying experiences!
