Really customer-centric approach to selling me the vehicle I wanted. Found it on the web, sent an e-mail message to confirm, their salesman, Wyatt, called me the next day right at the opening and confirmed EVERYTHING - thought it was too good to be true, wasn't! Great processing of the sale, answered all my questions, provided me with copies of everything.

This was the easiest buying experience i have had buying a truck. Dennis Ryan took great care to make sure we found the right truck for our needs. No pressure sales, knowledgeable and professional. He put all the paperwork together after we left and the only thing I had to do was sign and drive away in my new truck the next day. Maybe an hour tops. Thanks again for a great experience!

Drove 5 hours and upon my arrival I found the truck had been represented accurately. Anthony had the truck ready for a test drive and completed the purchase quickly allowing me to get back on the road in a timely manner. Found a great deal on an extended warranty and also provided an extremely low interest rate which I initially wasn’t looking for. Great job all around!!

Todd Fulmer did an outstanding job especially doing this car buying process mainly on line. Josh in finance was also the consummate professional as well. Overall the truthfulness and respect in a car purchasing process was refreshing.

Attempted to purchase a Jeep for the advertised price. However, Dennis said the processing fees are $799 (their own advertisement on Autotrader is $589). He also said the shipping had to be added back to the price. The MSRP they advertise already includes destination, so this was a clear attempt in my opinion to deceive and double dip. They would not honor the advertised price.

Wyatt did a fantastic job telling me about my many options and listening to find out what I was interested in. He responded to my online inquiry and when I went to the showroom, he was professional and did not use pressure sales tactics. It was a great experience.

Falsely advertised price of new vehicle by taking out destination charges then adding it back in in a separate line. All new vechiles have destination charges built into msrp. Taking it out to advertise a lower price is illegal. Also dealer wanted $799 for doc. Fee. According to Virgina dmv, all doc fees within the state are capped at $250.

In all my years of interacting with dealerships, Chrysler of Culpeper was the best experience I have had by far. Our salesman, Thurston Carpenter, was very polite, very knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service to us. We will be recommending this location to friends and family in the future.
