BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a 2025 Ford F250 for $55K with 20,000 miles on it from Jeremy and Chance. 1 week later I found that the radiator was cracked in half and damaged and the headlamp bracket was glued back together. When purchased I was given a car fax report that said the truck had minor front end damage. One would assume that a new truck that has been through a Ford dealer would be inspected properly and repaired back to like new condition before resale. Chance and Jeremy told me the truck was "functioning" and this is not Pundmann's problem. After I was persistent that this be taken care of they agreed to split the repair at their "cost". I was charged 1,200.00 to repair the radiator. Please go to another FORD dealer if you are looking for good honest people to do business with..

Went to Pundmann Ford for an oil change and new battery. I have bought 6 new cars at Pundmann Ford over the years and they have been the only people that have touched my vehicles. The reason I buy from Pundmann is the Service Department. They took me to work, picked me up when the vehicle was done, kept me informed through the experience, did good work, and only the work necessary at a fair price. What is better than that?

I have bought 6 new vehicles from Pundmann Ford starting in 2012. The reason was their service. I compared Pundmann to the others by what I read and decided to purchase from Pundmann and have my vehicle service from where I bought it. My experience has been the same over the years. They listen, they make you feel valued, and they get a good job done in a timely manner.

12 recalls on my new vehicle and no solutions to fix them. Pitiful service and poor communication. Last recall was a fire under the hood!

Mr. Bostwick we understand the your frustration and are sorry that we cannot get you in immediately to address the recalls on your vehicle. Unfortunately we cannot schedule you ahead of others that have had appointments booked with us for several weeks. I am not sure if mobile service had been suggested to handle some of the recalls you mentioned but that would be an avenue we could investigate. Also, you did not deal with every single one of the individuals listed on your review so review all of them negatively is not justified. Traded the vehicle in at a loss since that model hybrid had so many issues. The underhood fire recall was still not resolved three years later. Went back to Hyundai, which is what we traded in for your Ford model. Two years since purchase and no recalls. And service is easily scheduled within a day, since they are not constantly doing warranty work on recalls. Your poor vehicle quality makes your service team look bad and your customers look for another brand. I apologize for making your team look bad. That's on Ford and your management team.

I had the best experience ever at Pundmann Motor Company. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the difference. It’s a true family‑run business, and they treat you like you’re part of that family. Everyone was warm, honest, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my truck. There was absolutely no pressure—unlike most dealerships, they never try to push you into something you don’t want. Instead, they take the time to listen and personalize everything to your wants and needs. On top of that, I’ve had nothing but excellent professional service from their service and parts departments. They always take the time to listen to any issue or concern, work with you to troubleshoot, and their highly experienced mechanics do a fantastic job diagnosing and correcting problems. It’s rare to find a dealership where sales, service, and parts are all equally outstanding, but Pundmann truly delivers across the board. Highly recommend.

Recently purchased a used Ford F150 Lightning. Steve Pundmann was my sales agent and was awesome to work with. Never felt pressured and any and all questions and concerns were answered promptly. Financing department was just as friendly with explanation of options but not pressure to upsell on warranties. Would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a vehicle

Picked vehicle I wanted. Agreed on terms. Got my own financing and dealer sent bill of sale including tax title transfer. Was told they would pay the tax for my state and take care of transfer plates. When I arrived at facility with amount the sent to my lender including tax and title transfer. I was told since I didn?t use their lender I would have to take care of my own title transfer and pay my own taxes. I had to wait over a week to get the overpayment back and go handle this myself. First check they sent had no signature. Very frustrating experience. Purchasing a vehicle should be a seamless Easy time. Stand by the terms you said. Won?t be back.

Miss. Drake, I am truly sorry for the mistakes you encountered while dealing with our store. I was the one that penciled your deal and gave the numbers to the sales person. Unfortunately I did not take the sales tax out of my numbers before we gave you the dollar amount to take to your bank. You are correct the process should have been seamless, we have to do better.
