Picked vehicle I wanted.

Picked vehicle I wanted. Agreed on terms. Got my own financing and dealer sent bill of sale including tax title transfer. Was told they would pay the tax for my state and take care of transfer plates. When I arrived at facility with amount the sent to my lender including tax and title transfer. I was told since I didn?t use their lender I would have to take care of my own title transfer and pay my own taxes. I had to wait over a week to get the overpayment back and go handle this myself. First check they sent had no signature. Very frustrating experience. Purchasing a vehicle should be a seamless Easy time. Stand by the terms you said. Won?t be back.

Miss. Drake, I am truly sorry for the mistakes you encountered while dealing with our store. I was the one that penciled your deal and gave the numbers to the sales person. Unfortunately I did not take the sales tax out of my numbers before we gave you the dollar amount to take to your bank. You are correct the process should have been seamless, we have to do better.

Bought car with 57000 miles on it.

Bought car with 57000 miles on it. Owned for 14 days then left stranded 600 miles away with broken transmission. dealer doing diagnostics said metal shaving in transmission and oil cooler which would require $10652.30 repair. Had front seal leaking that had been doing it for "some time". Guess the inspectors at Pundmann didn't look very well. When buying the vehicle, I already had my financing in place and told them 5 times not to run a hard credit check because it would raise my credit score unnecessarily. They did it anyway and now my score is higher if I try to borrow any more money for the repairs. Thanks Pundmann. Worst car buying experience in my 72 year-old life.

Great to work with.

Great to work with. The access and style of the location are very weird, but buying process went smoothly. Negotiation was fair, and the F&I office experience went great also-no pressure.

Very pleased with the handling of the sale.

Very pleased with the handling of the sale. Almost no wait time. I did notice on the envelope for the paperwork, that the address of the DMV is incorrect. It, the DMV, is on Zumbhel now not on Raymond.
