My husband and I are from Southern Illinois, and our positive experience with Pundmann Ford began with a simple phone call. Eric Oetjen in sales answered my call, and because he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, we decided to leave another dealership in South County and make the drive to xx. Charles instead. From the moment we walked into the clean, welcoming dealership, we knew we had made the right decision. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Eric and Michael, the outstanding finance manager, made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They were relaxed, professional, and never pressured us or tried to gimmick upsell. The only disappointment was the online pricing. The final price of the truck was $1,500 higher than the advertised online price because of pre-installed accessories that we didn't necessarily need. Those additional costs were not clearly disclosed in the online listing, and we didn't encounter this issue at any of the other dealerships we visited. While this didn't prevent us from purchasing the truck, we believe pricing should be more transparent so customers know exactly what to expect before making the trip. One of the biggest bonuses was the real lifetime powertrain warranty that came with our 2026 Ford F-150. Many dealerships advertise lifetime warranties that come with extensive limitations and fine print, but that wasn't the case at Pundmann Ford. It was refreshing to receive a warranty that truly provides long-term value and peace of mind. Thank you, Eric and Michael, for providing such a positive and stress-free vehicle-buying experience. Being a previous F-150 owner who strayed away to buy the new 2024 Lexus GX550 and realizing how disappointed I was, I went looking for a Ford dealer to work a trade and found Pundmann Ford. After placing a call to check on the availability of a 2024 Platinum I connected with salesman Eric Oetjen who schedule an appointment the next morning. We met, I test drove the new Platinum, Eric and his people worked a super deal for me and I left happy to be back in a new F-150. Pundmann Ford and Eric Oetjen were great to work with!

I was Disappointed with my purchase. I would have thought the vehicle would have been checked more thoroughly before being put for sale. I took the vehicle in for a "trip Check" 3 weeks after purchase. Gaskets are leaking (rear). I now have to pay $1700 for repairs. My experience was good with the people. However, since I bought "as is" feeling good about purchasing from a dealership. I would be remiss if I didn't express my disappointment.. If you are buying as is, don't be overly confident because it is from a dealership.

While Pundmann unfortunately didn't have my exact Maverick configuration in stock at the time I needed to purchase, I would have loved to purchase from Eric Oetjen had the timing aligned. He readily and thoroughly answered all my Maverick and Maverick-accessory related questions, was enormously helpful on my test drive, and searched tooth-and-nail to find my exact configuration. If you're shopping for a new Maverick or Ford in general in xx. Charles or xx. Louis County, I can't recommend working with him enough.

I needed a replacement for my 2014 f150. after scanning the web for trucks I ran across this 2020 for sale at Pundmann Ford. after I sent an inquiry I received a e-mail right back. Mr. Dunnermann is quite knowledgeable about vehicles that he sells and I felt at ease with him. we made the deal. I'm happy with it. the finanacing was easy thanks to Jake, Mike and Loren.

Darnell was great to work with. He listened to exactly what I wanted. He made it very easy for me and delivered the perfect vehicle for my situation. Loren in Finance did a great job of breaking down the loan.

Salesman listened to what I wanted, gave me a few choices that would work. Financing and Delivery went great.
