Great experience!

Great experience! We really appreciated the experience we had buying this new car. The salesman, Robbie, was great and super easy to work with. He was great about keeping us updated with the status of the new vehicle.

Great car buying experience

I bought a new car from Gold Rush Subaru five years ago. It was a pleasant, no pressure experience, and I have been well satisfied with the service department for routine maintenance. Since I was in the market for another new car I naturally went back to Gold Rush. It again has been a pleasant, no pressure, hassle free experience. I dealt primarily with Paul Almeida. He was very helpful and patient. The whole process took a few weeks since the model/trim line I wanted was not available at Gold Rush. They found what I was looking for at another dealer and made a dealer trade. I was well satisfied with the trade-in offer for my 2018 Subaru, and was pleased with the cost of a couple additional accessories I wanted that were added in with the deal. Paul was very personable, patient, knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. I should add that I also did a test drive with John Ingrim early in the process and he too was very pleasant and knowledgeable. And Jessica Jasper was professional and efficient in handling the financial/paper work part of the process. Thumbs up to everyone at Gold Rush Subaru!

The customer service at this location is exceptional. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in. The sales associate, Bill, was very kind. I felt so comfortable. I highly highly recommend this location.

2018 Legacy oil change and service

I had oil change service for my 2018 Legacy. I was in and out in about an hour. The service manager advised me the cabin filter could use changing . He showed me the filter and I agreed with him. This dealership always checks with the car owner before doing something not discussed upon arrival at shop. I've been coming to Gold Rush Subaru since 1999.

2014 Outback

Service Department is great. My Outback is approaching 200,000 miles and they?ve kept it going since I bought it at Gold Rush Subaru.

First experience at Gold Rush Subaru and first Subaru purchase. There was no pressure whatsoever. John was exceptionally helpful and answered all our questions. Even went on to explain all the features of the car. Jessica, the financial manager was also kind and helpful.
