I was delighted when I brought my Forrester in to check
I was delighted when I brought my Forrester in to check the tire warning on the dash. What they found was TWO back tires with nail or? Damage which was repaired and I was told there was no charge because this was a safety issue. WOW, in this day and age to get an answer like that was incredible!!! What a wonderful place to do business and I will be a customer forever!!!!!!!! Thank you for your service!! Carol Jarosik

PROFESSIONAL HEARTS RESIDE at Auburn's Gold Rush
Professional hearts reside at Auburn's Gold Rush Subaru! Long story short, every effort to meet one's desires are/were met; can even be said "above and beyond"! The "Real McCoy" Bill listened, was intuitive, sensitive and professionally to the point of options available for two old sisters - ultimately resulting in the lease of our second Subaru; Bill made us feel good about being a part of the process. Bill's ultimate selfless action was taking his personal time to retrieve and deliver our Subaru. Yes, Bill is the REAL MCCOY. All the gentlemen we interfaced with at Auburn's Gold Rush Subaru were gentlemen's-gentlemen. Alex Sprock, Sales Manager took us under-wing explaining the advantages to pre-paid maintenance options. When asked "if we were your Grandmothers - what would you recommend...", Alex took lead explaining the advantages and disadvantages of maintenance contracts. The Manager of Auburn's Gold Rush, Jim Woolley took an active part in locating our desired Subaru (color and model) and was just as happy as we were to locate one; never mind the car was miles away. And then there is Mr. Jim Sturgis, Customer Experience Manager. Jim never left our side, if even from a'far. Jim exuded genuine concern and joy with the whole experience of two old ladies fulfilling their dream: 2024 "Black" Legacy Subaru. Thank you Auburn Gold Rush Subaru for a wonderful experience. See you in three years for our third Subaru.
