Don't trust service department
Claimed they couldn't burp my parents radiator without $2800 in repairs to the engine. Thankfully they got a second opinion at a reputable shop in town. They burped the radiator no problem and the engine repair was not needed. Don't trust the service department - they are either incompetent dishonest or both taking advantage of people with no mechanical expertise. Would give negative stars if I could.

The service was quickly completed once the line of drop
The service was quickly completed once the line of drop in customers diminished. For those of us who make appointments it would be nice to be taken as a priority, especially when we are waiting for the car, live a distance away and have other appointments to get to.
