Excellent service.

I had a noon appointment and did not have to wait. 5 stars all the way. Friendly people, quick oil change. Nice and warm waiting room. Good price. I will return for my next oil change. Thank you.

Exceptional customer service

I came in for a routine oil & tire change. Happened to mention that my C-Max had an annoying "rattle", @ 11,000 miles. Grant offered to ride around so he could possibly diagnose the rattle. It was affirming to hear that it could be corrected, and a future appointment with the service dept is scheduled.

Another Excellent Visit

Just finished a routine maintenance visit to Laird Noller where I received expert care from the staff. Jessica Lund provided quality care and service to my vehicle. She had the car washed three times before she was satisfied with the result. This is why I chose LN. Thanks Jessica!

Purchased 2003 Toyota Highlander

Came in to look at an advertised vehicle that had already been sold. John recommend I look at the Highlander. Took it for a test drive, liked it and bought it. John told me all about the vehicle and we got the paperwork done. Then I had to wait around for over an hour to finalize the deal with the finance officer even though I was paying cash for the car.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

We set up a time to test drive a Ford Escape and it was ready when we got there. Sean explained everything about the SUV to us. Took us on a nice drive and explained more features. Came back and they gave us a fair trade in and we walked away with a new car! We will be purchasing another from Sean and Laird Noller in the future. Jonathan was very clear on all the financing and extend warranty. Scott was very fair with the value of the trade. What a bunch of GREAT guys to work with!!!

Emergency battery replacement

I called Alex at Hyundai Service this past service indicating that my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was dead in our garage and wouldn't start. First he recommended an excellent towing company, 19th Street Tow, to come tow it to the dealership. I know you were extremely busy; however, he made sure my car was fixed in a very timely manner, and even suggested they go ahead and perform the oil change that was scheduled next week. He also suggested I change the type of oil to a synthetic (I think he said) so I could go longer between oil changes and perform better for our vehicle. I have never been unhappy, whether dealing first with Danny, then Jessica, and now with Alex. Also every person who actually worked on all 3 of our vehicles has done a very good job as far as I can tell. I also like your waiting room; it is comfortable and I like having control of the remote!

Genuine and friendly

This wasn't my first time dealing with the service team. They are always very friendly, and willing to look into things that concern me. I never feel talked down to, and they are willing to understand and explain.

Best carbuying and service experience

Walked into Laird Noller to look at Mazdas and within two easy hours I had driven, selected , financed and took delivery. Wonderful! A minor glitch brought me into service and I was received without an appointment and had my car back the next day. Love my new car and as a woman I feel very respected and well treated by all the staff.
