I trust Tyler --- need I say more??? This is a rarity at any dealership --- not only Laird Noller The last person I trusted at a dealership was also at a Laird Noller dealership (although not a Ford dealer)

Another purchase

Working hard to solve my problem

I'm experiencing an intermittent problem that is perplexing at best, but Shay and Don have gone the extra mile to help me figure out what's going on. This is why I only go to Laird Noller to service my Mazda.

Purchase of New Mazda 3

The last 9 years, my wife and I have purchased 3 new cars (2 Mazdas and a Hyundai) from Laird Noller. In that time the staff has been unfailingly helpful, their sales approach has been low pressure and they have been more than willing to work with us on price. Laird Noller is the epitome of what I would expect out of a car dealership.

Great experience Quick Lane oil change and tire rotation

I take my Explorer to Quick Lane at Laird Noller because Tyler always makes it a pleasant experience. Tyler is great with customers, remembers my name, keeps me informed, and thoroughly explains any work performed or needed on my car. The waiting area is clean and nice, there are daily newspapers, and Tyler always offers water.

The Calvary Comes!

I was recoiling from being in a car wreck on the way to Georgia where I lost my 2015 Hyundai Elantra, and I was wondering what I might be able to do to get a car that would be up to par, let alone getting something quickly in my present situation. I decided to make an inquiry on the internet, and a local dealership, Laird Noller Hyundai, called me up to see what they might be able to do for me. I told them what I'd like, giving them specifics. My salesperson, Anthony, went to work right away, and in less than 24 hours he found me a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra with all of the bells and whistles which was even in the exact same color as my previous car! It wasn't on their lot, but they found one nearby and had it delivered to their location for me to test drive. I loved it, and I decided I wanted it. They went out of their way to set me up with $0 financing, and they offered me the GAP coverage, Environmental Protection for the car, and a 7-year, 84,000 mile warranty for the electronics as opposed to the 5-year, 60,000 mile. And it only made my monthly payments $55 more than what I was paying with the 2015! They even set me up with 5 free replacement keys, and a coupon for my first oil change! The best thing, though, was when we were writing up the paperwork, and the financing man named Brendon suddenly got a phone call from a local credit union which offered me $0 at 5.6% compared to the 8% I was about to sign up with. How awesome! I felt like I was cared for perfectly by these guys, and the process took half the time as the dealership I'd used before. They even took my rental car back to Enterprise so I wouldn't have to! This dealership is legit, and I would recommend them to anyone! If you're looking for help and need the cavalry to save the day, Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence, KS are who you should call, hands-down!

"I was pleasantly surprised after returning to Laird Noller after going to an outside oil change company. Service was quick, efficient and very cost effective. I believe my days of trying to be Jiffy are over. You have a great asset in Tyler.
