Great experience, helpful
Recently bought my first car. They were helpful through the entire experience, very patient, answered every question, and dealt with me when I did not come prepared. They have been easy to get a hold of and respond back to my emails quickly. Each person I dealt with made the experience worth-while. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used.

Excellent staff
I had my 2013 Santa Fe into Laird Noller Hyandai for a repair, and not only did they work with me to get the issue resolved, they were kind, courteous and helpful when they didn't have to be. Jessica was in communication about my car and arranged transportation, and when a shuttle driver didn't show up, one of the mechanics came to my house and picked up me and my son, took him to school and me to the dealership to get my car, and everyone still got where they needed to be on time. They definitely went above and beyond!

Great service
Laird Noller Lawrence has always taken great care of my family's automobile needs. We have purchased many cars from this store. They go over the top on customer service I recently took my new car in for a service checkup and needed a couple things tweaked. Everything was taken care of and they then cleaned my car in and out! Always Great Service
Tyler is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. While getting my oil changed on Saturday, I asked about new cars. He arranged for a Sales Consultant to speak with me without pressure to buy. It was nice to have such wonderful customer service.

Always great service
Recently purchased a new f-150. Took it in to have it serviced. Also had a complete hand wax done on it. As always and with my last several vehicles purchased through Laird Noller Automotive, these guys are great. If you are looking for service on your new or used vehicle, I can't say enough good things about Laird Noller Hyundai service. Also, if you're looking to have your vehicle detailed or hand waxed ask for Jason. He was very thorough, made sure that everything was done and that my vehicle looked as good as brand new again.

For an oil change
For an oil change, I would highly recommend laird noller. I was treated well, and I got in as soon as I got there, and my truck was done before they told me it would be done. And I even got my tires rotated. As far as purchasing another new vehicle from there, I would think twice. It took them 7 months to put my line x bed liner in and put in my heated seats., I was very unhappy with the dealership part of it. But from the service part of it, they were great!

Battery change
I went out of town and left my light on. I had to jump start the car several and it kept dying. They replaced my battery for free as it was still under warranty. Very friendly and helpful staff.

New blower installed
The part was ordered and came in the next day; I was able to get information and the part was installed that day. It now doesn't make that very loud noise when the heater is on. Also they set the time to the correct time which I had been planning to do some day, but hadn't yet done.
