Exceeds expectations for quality of service!

Quality of service consistently exceeds expectations at Laird Noller Hyundai. I have taken 3 vehicles (2 Hyundais and 1 Ford) to this team -- Alex Alvarado, Danny Dolar and Jessica Lund -- over that last 30 days for routine or special maintenance, and each time they delivered top-flight service! They are good and effective communicators and I appreciate that they keep me posted as work in the shop progresses to advise me of needed repairs/anticpated costs. They deliver the car when promised and, again, communicate effectively about the services performed. They advise on recommended services for upcoming maintenance checks but never try to "sell" needless service until required (much appreciated). Most recently, they went well above and beyond (Alex and Danny) in picking up a 1997 Ford that had been idle for 3 years, jumping it, and then providing excellent comprehensive maintenance to put it back on the road in no time! WOW!!! Now that's SERVICE. Finally, they are warm and friendly in their demeanor but always professional. Their smiles are genuine and they make my routine trip to the car shop an enjoyable experience. I have complete confidence that Alex, Danny and Jessica and know they will always return my vehicle having received excellent service -- on time -- with a smile! Very sincerely - Fred Conboy

Worst experience ever

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. Bought a used car had problem . Check engine light was on. Was told that it was a sensor that was all got it replaced before I left. Next day the light came on agian. Told it was a whole different problem. Dealership not keeping me informed of anything with the car. Always said it would olny take a couple of days. But it took a 3 weeks to fix. Also was told that they it would have new mats in the car when I got it, now says that they have just been order and shipped to my address. And was told that car would be driven to us at 800 but didn't call me just sent a text at 1030 saying that they would be leaving at 11. Just the worst cat buying experience that I have ever had.

Great Vehicle, Great price

Sean Isaacs worked very hard, and went above and beyond to explaining the vehicle and the pricing. I bought a 2015 F150 King Ranch, and everything turned out perfect.

Not amazingly fast, but thorough and friendly.

I went in for an oil change and alignment if needed. This took around 4 hours total. During my visit I explained I would need to replace my tires due to some bubbling on the tire wall. Alex kindly explained to me that these usually occur when some obstacle was run-over, but I do not ever recall hitting something like such. In any case, he also mentioned that these are a serious driving hazzard. I didn't have the money on me to afford the tires immediately from them, but I'm glad they let me know. The cost of tires are slightly more than some other places for the quality of tire you're getting, but that doesn't factor in shipping if you're buying online.The first thing I plan on doing is replacing my tires sometime within the next week. Other than that, Alex walked me through the free full point inspection explaining that all fluids looked good and that my car was in good shape. For general and trustworthy work on the brand of cars they sell they'll do a good job. It may take a little longer, but the free full point inspection is always nice, as well as topping off of the windshield wiper and car-wash when the weather is applicable.

2015 F150

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Josh at Laird Noller and it gets easier every time. Josh works hard to find the vehicle that meets my specific requirements and remains within my budget. Jon went the extra mile and found a lender with a lower APR which allowed me to purchase an extended warranty. The only complaint I have is that the vehicle doesn't appear to have been cleaned inside and out.

service for ford edge

Tyler did a really nice job; he was honest about what needed to be done (and what did not need to be done). For instance, he recommended that we need NOT replace the rear brakes at this time and that saved us money. I did not have to wait for assistance and the work was completed relatively quickly. Overall it was a good experience.

Buy from Kalor Moore

Low pressure. Laid back. Very patient. No high pressure sale pitches or games from anyone. Really about us and our needs; not their sales quota. Kalor made sure we got exactly what we needed and within the targeted budget that we were comfortable with. Kalor even took us over from the Hyandai to Ford to let us see comparable vehicles. He spent all afternoon with us on a miserable, icy, cold, wet day while we test drove and ultimately decided.

Oil change and rear brake pads

Courteous and professional customer service. Price and time estimates were accurate. They explained, in detail, all of the maintenance performed. Great atmosphere in the facility.

Service of vehicle

Purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue and was given a free first oil change at 3000 miles after the purchase. At the time of the first oil change I wanted to speak with a service mechanic directly since there was a rattling sound coming from the vehicle but the receptionist (Jessica Lund) did not let me speak with the mechanic but told me she would relay my concerns to the mechanic. In any case, the oil change was done but the rattling sound remains. I think a direct interaction with the actual mechanic might have solved the problem but at this time the problem still persists.

I first want to say that I am sorry to hear that you feel that your experience was less than a five star experience. We address every concern that comes in. Speaking directly with a tech is hard to do when we are busy. If the tech finds and verifies the problem we always bring the customer out and show them what's wrong. In this case the tech couldn't duplicate the concern at the time. Danny Dolar the Service Manager there would like to schedule a time with you to bring the vehicle in for the rattle and he will personally look at with you and figure out what the best course of action is.
