Jessica Lund

I was met with a friendly smile and greeting as always by Jessica. Explained that I got a service code and needed an oil change. She got me in and out in an hour with suggestion of tire rotation next visit. Great service with friendly staff which makes it pleasant to come there. I also want to say the new coffee machine is a great addition as well. Thanks again Jessica and see you in 4000 miles.

Great experience

Jerry was very informative on all areas of controls . Helped to make sure everything was setup on the truck, including IPhone. I would recommend Laird Noller to anyone. Great service.

Trade in

Stopped in to look at trading in a vehicle. Was contacted by Tony Sanders. I told him exactly what I wanted to do. Tony did not try to up sell or swing any deals. He was honest, up front and easy to deal with. I walked away with exactly what I had sought. Very friendly and easy to work with. Johnathan in the finance department was awesome to work with. We exchanged photos of our dogs and spoke about various life events. Good solid representative of the business and again a joy to work with.

Oil Change/Tire Rotation

Quick Lane Employees were wonderful! We have had great service with them every time we have brought our vehicle in for service. They always explain options and charges completely. Work is done well and in a timely manner. We purchased the vehicle from Laird Noller and will continue to drive from Gardner for service on our Expedition.

Always awesome!

Our purchase of a used and new vehicle

We were very happy with our recent purchase of a used Ford Edge and a new Ford F150 with Sean Isaacs and the managers in the used car department. They made our purchase very easy and enjoyable overall. They were very helpful, friendly, informative and professional in our purchase. I have purchased two other vehicles before at Laird Noller and the sales and service I am very happy with and recommend to everyone.. .
