Knowledge and Flexibility Win

I was what a bit of a tough customer with a special situation trade vehicle. Initially, I stopped in only to learn the trade in policy. Alex Alvarado knew his way around the Laird Noller policy and how it compared to other dealerships in Lawrence. I had planned to buy a new car, but a 2014 Subaru Outback caught my eye. I drove it and a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I left to "sleep on it" and went by the Subaru dealer. I spoke with a nice enough fellow there, starting with the same question about trade-in policy. I then learned about some of the 2015-16 Subaru SUVs. I considered options for a couple of days, then returned to Laird Noller and met Jon Riedel. Even thought I decided to purchase the Subaru rather then the Hyundai, Alex and Jon understood my goals and worked to meet them. This is my second dealing with a Laird Noller dealership and they are two for two.

Three Consecutive Cars

I keep going back, I like the people and the atmosphere, they bend over backwards to get me exactly what I want. I think they're trustworthy and do the right thing with and for the customer. This is now my third car with LairdNoller, my second with Josh Hoke and I couldn't be happier, each and everytime its a pleasurable buying experience.

A comfortable experience

I knew what type of vehicle I was interested in and the team there made it a smooth process getting into the new car. Highly recommended. The car had a minor issue that the service department took care of as well.

Very professional

I was very impressed with the Laird Noller team this weekend. They listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me find what I was looking for. I was 15 minutes early to my apt and they were ready to help me right when I pulled up. They were very upfront and professional about the pros and cons of each vehicle I was looking at. I work in sales, so it annoys me greatly when I am "sold" to. They did not make me feel like I was at a dealership, I felt like I was driving and talking with a friend. I was extremely impressed that the sales assistant talked to me the entire time. As a woman I am very use to being overlooked in sales situations especially when I have a male with me. My boyfriend was with me but I was the one that was the sole purchaser of the car. The sales assistant did not talk to me as though I was ignorant, and did not ignore me and talk to my boyfriend instead. They made me feel like I was the client and that was what really sold me on Laird. They made me feel like a valuable customer.

Terrific place to purchase a new car!

Laird Noller Lawrence was terrific. We had a great buying experience, from identifying the car we wanted, getting a fair price, and financing, to getting an overview of our new car before we drove off the lot. We couldn't be happier! Very responsive, professional, and friendly.

These guys go above and beyond!!!

The car salesman I dealt with is the same one I bought 2 other cars from in the past. Due to a communication glitch that was partially my fault I ended up with a car I wasn't quite satisfied with. These guys made sure they did everything they could to fix the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car buying experience.

Great service!

They were prompt with communication and service. I appreciate the extra help they gave me. Shay did a great job of communicating the repairs needed. My vehicle is running much better now.
