Friendly, Personable, & Trustworthy

The employees in Quicklane are always extremely friendly and personable when I schedule an appointment and arrive for service. They knew me by name after only my second or third visit. What I enjoy about their service the most is that it's fairly obvious their priority is you, servicing your vehicle correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. It is not about making an extra buck by trying to sell you a part or service you don't necessarily need. That is why I continue to go back. They will also provide a quote or estimate for a new part or service and wait for the customer to give the OK before proceeding with the service. A practice that can be hard to find in other automotive service shops.

professional service

We had a great experience buying a car for the first time in 14 years. Our salesman was very helpful and friendly. We were also impressed with the professionalism of the sales manager.

Oil change and new tires

Excellent service. The local GM service department could learn a bit from you guys about customer service. Grant and Tyler were both great to work with.

Quick Lube Quite Efficient

Be sure t schedule an appt. in advance. My service started on-time, and by the time I finished lunch, the service was finished. The price was right.

In a Wreck and Needed a New Vehicle

I purchased my 2014 Ford Escape last summer from Josh Hoke, so I knew I wanted to go back. My Escape saved me from more critical injuries than I sustained, but it was totaled. I went in to see Josh, who was at another location, but he immediately headed to the 23rd Street location to assist me. Josh worked fast to get me a new Escape so I can drive to work, and I love it. Laird Noller was the best decision I have made and I will definitely go back when I need a new vehicle. Thank you Josh and everyone at Laird Noller for helping me out quickly in my time of need.

Buying a used Fusion

Sean was very helpful and polite and showed us several cars that fitted our need. He was straightforward and easy to work with. We took some time to buy but he did not push us but kept in touch with useful information. I would go back to him to buy another car,

Pre Mid-Life Crisis SOLVED

Woke up one day and decided I wanted a "muscle" car. I drive 23rd St. constantly and was initially drawn in by a slick black Camaro. Tony came out to greet me and we hit it off instantly. He found the perfect car for me, a pretty blue Mustang, and brought it in from Topeka so I could test drive it. It was love at first "drive"! Two days after the test drive, I was driving that baby home. Tony was absolutely amazing to work with. I never once felt pressured, and always felt listened to. It's obvious he loves his job and he is very good at it. Tony was also super patient with me and was courteous beyond expectation. I am extremely grateful to Tony, and also want to extend gratitude to Scott and Jeff for their time and effort on my behalf. I still can't believe this dream came true! Thanks guys!! Danielle

oil change and the other maintainence

I got a mail coupon. So it's a great deal to change oil. However, I heard a strange sound after this maintainence. It was found that when front tires were exchanged by back tires, sounds come from the front tires. But you did not check it after the exchange. I have to go back again to check what happened. you exchange my tires again, then sounds are gone.
