EXECPTIONAL AS ALWAYS

Anyone who knows me knows how picky I am about my vehicle. I utilize my vehicle for my airport shuttle business. I have dealt with Laird Noller Hyundai, Laird Noler Quick Service for many years. From my recent purchase of my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid limited to other vehicles I've purchased and had serviced there, I couldn't be happier. The sales, service and finance teams work hard to make sure you get what you need and keep you running down the road. These people are second to none when it comes to taking care of people. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. These guys are the best !

Nice but a little expensive and sl

Sometimes it is important to pay a little more and not be in a rush. The service associates are usually nice, professional, & helpful. They answered my questions & took time to explain everything

Couldn't be happier!!

I held out for longer than a year when my husband wanted to look at a Hybrid. I loved my Lincoln LS and had no desire to give it and its snappy engine up for something that I perceived to be gutless. At least, that's what my perception of it was. Boy, was I ever surprised to find that it had not only the quick responsive engine that I was used to, but was every bit as plush with all the bells and whistles. We bought the car thinking we would drive it only in the city as it is extremely economical to drive and we also have a Lexus for the highway and a truck for hauling. Now, after a few months, I find that we are driving it even on trips leaving the Lexus gathering dust in the garage. This is one sweet ride! Consider me a really satisfied customer. Kudos to Jamie for staying with it. His many phone calls kept us in the loop and ultimately resulted in this sale.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation

Paul Tracy and his team at Laird Noller Automotive are fantanstic. Everyone is very professional and take the time to answer any questions that you may have about your car. I have been going to them for years for all of my car needs.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

I am impressed with the professionalism of Laird Noller Hyundai, particularly with John Riedel who provides expert advice and fair financing. Rick Wright as the general manager put together a fair deal and offered better than expected trade-in value. The true breath of fresh air is Alex Alvarado. All of his reviews on dealerrater.com are accurate--if there were more of him in the auto industry it would redefine how people think of the car buying experience.

Dan Schmidt is the best

The reason we have purchased several vehicles from Laird Noller is Dan Schmidt. When we didn't find what we wanted, we explained our situation and desires. A few days later he had two cars for us to review and he was spot on with our needs. My wife loves her Fusion.
