The best experience i ever had with Laird Noller Hyundai!

It was my first time to purchase a new vehicle and Joe Kelly helped out thoroughly with great attitude. I enjoyed their instant rebate and ended up buying a 2016 Elantra! This ride was much much better than i expected when i test drove. I am so happy with my purchasing with Laird Noller Hyundai. I absolutely will recommend to anyone considering to buy a new vehicle.

It was the most good service.

It was my first time to visit the Laird service center, and I am highly satisfied with their services. Their service were different from other service center. Jessica, the service advisor, was so kind. The price was also reasonable.

A good first car buying experience!

This was my first time buying a car and I really was not sure what I wanted besides a dependable four door car for college. Joe let me test drive multiple vehicles and explored a lot of different possibilities with me. I ended up buying brand new instead of used like I had originally intended, but so far I love my car. It was definitely a better experience than I received at the Laird Noller Ford dealership in Lawrence where they would not let me even look at cars or test drive a car without my parents present even though I am the legal age to buy and test drive a car on my own. I was a lot happier with the customer service at Laird Noller Hyundai!

Most pleasant car buying experience in many years.

No hassle, straight-forward approach on the part of our salesperson Greg Cooper and his manager Scott. We have at least two more cars to buy for teenagers in the family, so we'll be back.

Great Service

Jessica was my Service Advisory and she provided great, friendly service. She contacted me a few times throughout the day to keep me up to date with what was happening with my car and what needed to be done. Excellent service.

Great service and communication

The team does a very good job communicating with the customer and informing them on the status of their vehicle. I trust them to make the correct recommendations in regards to the health of my car. Jessica went out of her way to ensure that my expectations were met when my Hyundai was in for service.

Fast and easy
