Good experience and service!
We came in looking for a used car, and Alex Alvardo and Laird Noller helped make the process so much easier! Alex remembered my grandparents previously and is always very friendly. We found the right car for us, and they cleaned it very meticulously before we drove the car off the lot, and Alex stayed after hours to help explain some of the car's features to us. I highly recommend them all! They are friendly and accommodating. We are very happy with our spiffy hatchback.

Great experience
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Laird Noller and my third Hyundai vehicle. This dealership treats you well. From start to finish, it was a great experience. All of the gentlemen that I worked with were terrific. I didn't feel pressured during any point in the selection or purchase of my vehicle. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend this dealership and associates. In my opinion, it is the best place in Lawrence to buy a car.

We'll never go anywhere else.
My husband and I have purchased a few vehicles from Laird Noller and at this point will not go anywhere else. We have worked with Jerry Hall every time. They're great as a whole, but Jerry is really the one who has earned our loyalty. He is, in my opinion, the heart and soul of Laird Noller. It wouldn't be the same without him. I don't know what we're going to do when he retires. He is an honest, sincere, and genuine person. A truly good human being. If they world had more Jerrys, what a wonderful world it would be. All the guys over there are great, but if I were to make a suggestion to anyone, it would be Jerry. We've had a great experience every time. We've also worked with Jeff multiple times and he is also very helpful and compassionate. He's very easy to talk to and not at all intimidating (being in the financial department and all). This was our first time working with Cody, but he was also very friendly and easy to talk to! These guys have taken me under their wing more than once. In my first encounter with them, I worked with Jerry and Sean Isaacs. I was having a lot of trouble with another dealership in town and they helped me through it, actually going with me to the other dealership to straighten things out. Long winded, I know. But I just have so many good things to say about these guys!!

Fast and convenient service.
Dropped off car at dealership and got ride to work arriving early (extra points) called back in a few hours with small issue noticed and gave go ahead to proceed. Free car wash provided (vacuuming would be super nice, Hint!!!) Was picked up and received my car in time for lunch on my return trip. All contacts were fast and friendly. Service always exceed expectations.

They backup their product.
The air conditioning didn't work; we found this out a few weeks after we bought our 2010 Ford Escape. No hassles, they fixed it, of course, with no cost. I would have no problem buying another car from them.

Great Car Buying Experience
We had a wonderful car buying experience at Laird Noller with salesperson Jerry Hall. Jerry helped us learn a lot about three different vehicles, including test drives, over a several day period. This was very helpful in determining the vehicle that would best meet our needs. Then the dealership was very helpful in locating and securing the vehicle that had the features that we desired most. The negotiated price was a fair one according to the Consumer Reports car-buying service. Once the vehicle arrived Jerry went over many, many features and nuances of the vehicle with us. He was very patient, low pressure, and fun to work with.

Time Lost
We dropped our car off, after having it towed due to a blown transmission, on a Sunday night. We called Monday morning to explain the issue. We were told by the end of that week, they would have the transmission taken apart, and give our third-party warranty company a call to come out. This was not done until the following mid-week. Each time WE had to call for an update, wondering where our car was. Once the warranty company came out, we were given the option of a rental, either for the Memorial day weekend, and returning it on Tuesday, or picking it up on Tuesday and having it for 4 days, leaving us without a vehicle for the holiday weekend. Once actual work on the transmission began, the deadline was pushed back twice, and finished on a Friday - to which we were not notified until Monday - a full month from drop-off. The car was returned dirtier than when we dropped it off. We have only had it back for a day now, so actual repair reliability is yet to be tested.
