What a great experience!
Like many other people, we were dreading the thought of buying a new car. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove onto the Laird Noller lot and greeting by David Wakeman. Expecting the stereotypical used car salesperson pitch, we figured it would be a rough day. David proved to be anything but! We felt comfortable to walk around, choose some cars and test drive them. Instead of feeling like we were being sold a car we felt like we were actually getting to ask questions, get honest answers, and ultimately, choose the best car for our family! Alex, in the Business Office, was just as friendly and took the time to explain and break down all the financials for us which we were grateful for. The entire Laird Noller staff was happy and ready to help. I can't say anything but positive remarks about our entire experience. Thank you, David & Alex for a great day - we love our new car! oil change and tire rotation
Scheduled it online for an oil change only to call with a question the day before and find out that doing online doesn't work. I had to reschedule it. When I rescheduled it, the appointment took 30 minutes longer than promised. The work done was good, no problems there.

Jerr Hall and Alex Alvarado
Jerry Hall and Alex Alvarado did a awesome job of helping my husband and I pick out our new car. I would never have thought of getting a Hyundai until Jerry suggest it and once I drove the vehicle. I thought it might be a possibility. Alex Alvarado help us with become knowledgeable about the Hyundai Santa Fe and all the safety/convenience features vs price which sold us on the car. I love my new Santa Fe and I am happy and feel very good about my new car. The whole process was easy and quick from start to finish, thanks to Jerry and Alex.

High Quality Service
We have several cars that we bring to Hyundai Laird Noller service center. This time it was for 60,000 mile maintenance service. All of what is included was explained, any service already performed was removed, very clear and helpful. Danny and the others there are always helpful and make sure all needs are met.

1st service done
Took my new car in for its 1st oil change and they did all the services that was needed. Did not take long and they even washed and vac it Was very pleased.
