Fitting me in
Excellent visit. Stopped in for an oil change and initially was told the shop was too busy to do it right then. As i was getting back into my car Paul Tracy said that he would see to it that they would be able to do the oil change right now. The shop was able to fit me in and do the oil change. The staff was very courteous.

High Quality Service
We have several cars that we bring to Hyundai Laird Noller service center. This time it was for 60,000 mile maintenance service. All of what is included was explained, any service already performed was removed, very clear and helpful. Danny and the others there are always helpful and make sure all needs are met.

Overall a good experience
We worked with Greg Cooper and he was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager was also easy to work with. Our only issue that I did not like was that I was not offered the lowest interest rate the first time. It was only after I said the rate was too high for my credit score and was higher than what my credit union and bank had quoted and after I said I would have to refinance after a couple of weeks that the rate was reduced by 1 percent. I did not feel I should have to negotiate the best rate.

Great experience
Our salesman (Josh Hoke) at Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence was very helpful and low pressure. He simply offered the best deal we could find on our new Ford Fusion. We're very happy with our new vehicle and with the patient assistance from Josh!

Quick. No hassles.
Everything went smoothly. Like having coffee and rolls available. Good to have a car wash included at no charge. Received a discount booklet in the mail, but I couldn't use any of them. That was a bit disappointing.

Took car in for first oil change after purchase.
I took my car in for the first oil change and tire rotation. I was very pleased to learn they did this first one free of charge. Everyone was very friendly. Grant explained everything. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great service.

These people really know how to take care of their customers
I can't sing high enough praises for Mike Smith and Leon Reed in service. We were traveling across country on a lengthy family summer trip when trouble struck our Ford F-350 (in southern Illinois at the time). It was drivable but clearly needed service. I called ahead to Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence KS where we would be for two days. Mike Smith found a way to take care of us in the tight window of time we had in our travel itinerary. He knew full well it is highly unlikely we'd be a repeat customer, being from out of town, just passing through, but he squeezed us in and put his best diesel mechanic (Leon Reed) on the job as well. Our trip's continued from there and the truck is purring like it should. Thanks guys, you saved our summer vacation!!!
