Always a Place to Feel Comfortable.

I've been buying cars at Laird Noller in Lawrence since the 1980s. I've bought a new Ford Mustang, a new Mazda Miata, a used Ford F-150 truck, and most recently a new 2014 Ford Flex and a new 2012 Mitsubishi i-Miev. We bought the Ford Flex and the Mitsubishi on the same day! Our salesman that day was Greg Cooper. We originally just went to the dealership to buy the Mitsubishi, but after we asked some questions about the new Ford Flex and Mr Cooper showed it to us, we decided to buy that, also. Mr Cooper was great and everything went very smoothly. The service department has been very good throughout the years, too. Thank you Lawrence Laird Noller! I don't know what I'd do without you.

Excellent service as I needed a quick repair while traveling

Jessica quickly assessed the damage to the inner fender and pulled the car in to have a technician inspect it. They determined the part I needed and that it had to be order ed. Jessica set an appointment for me to return when the part was expected to arrive. The part arrived exactly when it was supposed to and they started working on the car right when I arrived. Jessica had asked me if I wanted to have a multipoint inspection performed and I said yes. She came out to show me how dirty the engine air filter was I was glad that she did and I had them replace that as well. I was in and out in less than an hour! I have to return to the west coast next week, but I wish I could have my car serviced here all of the time! Jessica was the best service writer I've ever worked with!

Always a pleasant experience!

I have always been very pleased with the service or repairs I received for my SUV. I live in Eudora so it's just as easy to take my car to a dealership in KC, but I found the service at Lair Noller to be great.

Danny always treats me well

Paul has always taken care of me as prior service manager, and Danny has done great, as well. I trust this service department and they know me by name. Great guys.

Tried to up-sell at every opertunity

I was very frustrated at the constant attempts to sell me more than I needed. you tried to sell me a new air filter without even looking at the existing one. If you had looked, you would have seen that it was less than a week old.

High level of integrity and professionalism!

Josh Hoke was our primary point of contact and he provided "above and beyond", exceptional support, as did all others we were introduced to or came in contact with. A very welcoming and professional environment. A high level of integrity and professionalism that was very much appreciated!

Variety of car work

I took my car initially because of some recall information with my car. After going in and talking to them they told me they would need to order parts. Mike in service, is who I dealt with and he was great! Even though he only worked in the service department he had some of his guys install a new panel on my door (not part of the recall parts, just something I needed to get fixed). Usually this is done at their body shop, not the service shop (great time saver!). Mike was more than accommodating and was very friendly to talk to. I'll be going back to Laird Noller in the future for any problems I have with my car.

No Pressure

Everyone was very informative and helpful; from my first inquisitive phone call, to the salesman when we walked in the door, to the manager who made our trade possible and the finance department who made sure we got the service agreement we wanted. Everyone was easy to work with. No high pressure sales - which made this purchase a very positive one! LOVE our vehicle. Perfect for what we wanted! Thank you!!

Great experience

We drove from Fort Riley to Lawrence to buy a car from Brendon on the used car lot. The service was excellent and he event went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They gave us a great price for my truck and got a great car in return. We had to wait a couple of extra weeks to make the trade but the wait was well worth it. Brendon even made sure we had a full tank of gas and mailed us the floor mats that we forgot to get before we left. I would recommend this place to anybody. Especially Brendon, he is very professional and does what he has too to make sure that your happy with your purchase and comfortable with the prices. This was by far the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. A special thanks to Scott, the finance manager for giving us such a good deal on my truck.

Very helpful, creating a smooth buying experience

My salesperson, Alex Alvarado, listened to what I was after, showed me several cars that fit the description. Told me the pros and cons of each. Was not pushy and likes to let the customer decide if the used cars they have in stock is right for that person or not. Alex did not try to move me into a higher priced vehicle, but knew what range I was wanting, and that also made the experience comfortable. Overall an easy buying experience as Alex is a very good listener and also tells you what you need to know. Alex Marfise in finance ensured that the check-out part went smoothly, and it did. Last but not least, Alex Alvarado knew I had no way to get the car to my house, so he drove it there for me, 25 miles away. Excellent salesperson!
