He knew the product well, inside & out, there was not a Question that Alex could not answer. Including my questions about BlueLink & the Nav. System that come with the car.. My lease experience at the Lawrence Kansas Dealership could not of been better, It was an Excellent One !!! They even had the Windows on the Car Tinted and ready to go before I picked the car up. We appreciated the assistance in our trade and how helpful Jeff Kirwan was back in April 2015. However, there was a couple of things that needed to be followed up on and we still have not heard a word from no one. I have called SEVERAL times and talked to SEVERAL different people who just listened and took messages. We still haven't heard a word from no one to date May 2015.

My service appointment was very good. I had a coupon for an oil change and asked if I could have the recall service appointment scheduled. They were able to repair the recall in addition to doing an oil change. They also changed my car door handles which were peeling and getting worn. I didn't realize my warranty was still active so the door handle replacements were free of charge. I am very happy with the service I received! :)

Jessica Lund scheduled an oil change for me and I showed up late because I did not verify the location. Despite my limited time schedule and my frustration at my mistake, Jessica calmly and professionally explained the service, and got my car in. The oil change was completed in time for me to make my next appointment that afternoon. Thank you!
