Tuneup and oil change

Always helpful, courteous,, and I feel confident with their work. My car absolutely hummed after the tuneup. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Very fairly priced.

Great price, Great service!

I first went to Laird Noller in Lawrence to look at used cars on a Saturday. I was met with Amir Fishman who was a great salesman. He was not pushy like a lot of salesmen tend to be, and he was very helpful. I looked at the vehicles on the lot, and I went home to think about what car I wanted. After looking for the best deal on a used car over the weekend I found that Laird Noller had the best deals online. I went back on Monday and asked for Amir who had previously helped me that Saturday. He was very helpful, going out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. There was no pressure and it was a very relaxed setting. Thanks Laird Noller and Amir Fishman for our new car!

warranty fix

Mike was courteous and helpful in explaining what was happening with the adaptive cruise control on our Edge. He said that the technician took the time to learn how to fix it so it wouldn't stop while next to semi trailers.

Great customer service

Anthony Thompson and the team did a great job, making sure I was happy and taken care off. Also Mike Brady, although I bought Hyundai he help while looking at other options(mazdas and fords) The team at the Hyundai went out of their way to make the deal right.

Excellent, efficient, timely, cost effective

I have been going to Laird Noller Quick Service since I came to Lawrence 16 years ago. I have seen staff come and go, but the service has never changed. I chose them because I lived nearby, but I remain with them because they are courteous, friendly, and pay close attention to my cars. I know what to anticipate and what to look out for. They have never guided me wrong. I strongly recommend the best team in town. I really like that they are changing the face of customer service with Jessica. Now I think they might want to add more diversity.

2015 Sonata Hybrid Limited

A very big thank you to Alex and the staff at Laird Noller Hyundai who helped me get into my second Sonata Hybrid, a beautiful 2015 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Alex will take the time to listen to what you want, need and go out of his way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with everything. Alex Rick and Jonathan are true champs at what they do.
