Regular Service on Elantra

I always have a good experience at Laird Noller, and Jessica Lund plays a big part in that. She takes my questions and concerns very seriously and makes sure they are addressed during our visit. She is friendly, polite, and professional. Laird Noller will continue to be the only garage in Lawrence where I take my vehicle.

Servicing our Toyota Avalon

Jessica Lund is the best service rep I've ever dealt with (out of at least five different garages in Lawrence). She is not only the most polite, but highly efficient and intelligent about what is requested concerning my cars.

Mazda lease

I signed a lease for a 2015 Mazda 3, and am very happy with the purchase. When I first stopped by Laird Noller, I met with James Hilty and gave him my wish list of what I'd like in a car. He was very helpful and I appreciate his help finding the best car for me.

My New Car!

I am super excited about my new car! The salesperson, Anthony Thompson helped me get into a brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra. He was extremely helpful answering all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness from the staff of Laird Noller. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from there!

Lincoln purchase

It was a very easy transaction. We got a fair price for our trade in and good purchase price for new vehicle. This was probably the easiest, least stressful time we've ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Great Salesman!

Jerry Hall was very professional and respectful. He called me at home with info and asked if I would like for him to call back or if I would prefer to call him at my convenience. He was so careful to not be pushy. Jerry was very knowledgeable about Fords and helped us make a good selection.

The Come Back

On January 5th 2015 I bought an 09 Charger, I loved that car I had high hopes and dreams for it. On January 29th one of my key fob goes out the only one of the two that worked. All of February almost and part of March my car was in the shop and needed more work than i could handle. I was being as nice and respectful as I could be because loosing my patience really wouldn't have helped. However, just as I was about to give up Jamie Heithaus and his boss came down where I was waiting to get an update on my car and saved the day and made me a very happy and proud customer Thank You Laird Nolar Hyundai. The service department is friendly and they will help you in any way that they can. They are the best and as long as I have my 2014 Challenger above anyone else I want them to handle all its needs. I appreciate all the help and assistance they offered me in this process. I was a little reluctant to give up the charger because it had more room and it was payed for. None the less I'm proud of my challenger and Thank everyone at Laird Nolar Hyundai for this opportunity.

Every thing was great and quick service while I waited. I was in on the wrong day - but they did the service anyway - and were great about it. Jessica was great to work with.
