45,000 and going strong!
I am very happy with my Hyundai Veloster service experience. I went in to have my car checked out to make sure all was good at 45,000 miles and to have my navigation system updated. I had tried to get the navigation system updated in the summer while they had a sale on but they didn't have the update available for my car. I was promised an update at the sale price once it was available. Then, I managed to forget about it. They gave me the update at the sale price even though the person who had promised me the update at the sales price was no longer working in the service department! Sadly, the new software update took much longer to install than anyone had anticipated and I think they kept the service department open to finish it up for me. They are such a nice group of people and they work hard to make it a great experience. Thanks guys!

Professionlism
You probably know this if you don't, your missing out. The young guy up front Tyler I think was his name. Quick lane, This guy is top of the line. I work for the Lawrence Douglas County Fire Medical, and I am use to seeing that from our guys. they step up all the time and I am always impressed then too because their so young, but honestly I don't see it anywhere else that often. I guess what I am saying is going above and beyond. I guess what I saying, I had to have something extra on my truck. I got to watch him perform with the other customers, I mean he worked the floor from getting the older guy in and out to helping someone get air in there tire and still answering that dang phone which he answered it with such professionalism each time whether he was overwhelmed or not. I had to note this, he will go far. and far as my service I too was impressed, as well. Thank you so much Debi Thompson

I continue to be completely satisfied with the quality and value of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra service experience. The service advisors are friendly, efficient, and exude a positive attitude. Great effort to meet my needs; price, listened, friendly;
Andrew and Cody went above and beyond my expectations to put me into a new Ford F-150 Lariat. I was on the fence between a Dodge and continuing as a ford customer, due to a bad experience I had with a warrantee issue. Cody recognized the issue that i had and remedied the past payment I had made on a turbo charger problem. I believed strongly that the Ecoboost turbo-charger was a component of the motor, simply due to the fact that the engine would not run without it. Cody offset this capital outlay by including a bed liner on my new truck. I have owned 14 powerstrokes and one ecoboost ford trucks and am pleased to continue to be a ford truck owner. An amazing car buying experience
I bought a new Fusion from Josh. It was an easy care free experience. Everything was ready paperwork wise when I arrived and I walked right into the business office to sign everything. I was literally in and out in less than an hour. Jon in the business office gave me a great price on my extra protection. I would recommend Josh and Jon to anyone.
