Easiest car purchase to date

My husband and I consider the entire process of buying a new car as "not fun". However, our experience from the first test drive to signing the papers was a breeze. Negotiating that usually takes forever was straightforward and done in minutes. We love our new car and would highly recommend Laird Noller to anyone!

Back in a Ford............Thank you Jesus!!!

Ooops. Made a mistake just over a year ago and went with a Chevy.........my bad!! Greg Cooper, our salesman, and Scott Teenor, the Pre-Owned Car Manager, really took me and my wife in. We had bought from them before and being upside-down in a year old purchase, they took really good care of us. Driving home in my F-150 FX4, smiling ear to ear, was cracking my wife up. My next purchase (when my Explorer with over 200,000 miles decides to quit) will be off the lot of Laird Noller. You guys rock!!!

Truck purchase

I bought a new ford Friday 12/09/2014. I am very happy with the service I received. Everyone I that work with me to help the transaction go forward was kind and helpful the entire process. I was impress with there approach to business while making sure I was comfortable during every stage of deal.

Oil Change

Got me in when scheduled and out pretty quickly. Did more than I expected; i.e. rotated tires, checked brake pad thicknesses. Being my first oil change after purchase, the price was excellent - FREE.

Awesome

We can not say enough good things about our experience at the dealership!!! Andrew was with us from start to finish. He found the car of my husbands dreams and got me out of car I was unhappy with. He kept us informed and made sure that we knew what was going on the entire time. Jonathan in financing was just as equally as kind. He went as far as to help us get our paper work together so we could cancel an extended warranty we had on one of the cars we traded in. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help us and make sure that we were very happy in the end. What a wonderful team Laird Noller of lawrence ks has in place. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent Service

Went to Ford right before Thanksgiving for 40,000 mile maintenance. Everyone was very friendly. Brought the car in right after work and they turned it around in less than 30 minutes for me. Could not have asked for a quicker turnaround. I had also recently purchased the car and did not know the door combination. Steve pulled it for me at no charge. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Highly recommend the Service Department.

More people needed

Toofew people in the service area. Greg was the only one in the service office and was really busy. Otherwise everything was great. Get poor Greg some help out there!

Dead Battery - Resolved!

I can always count on the service team at Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence, Kan. When my less-than-two-year-old Hyundai Santa Fe Sport had to be jump-started in the late-night cold, and again the next morning, I took it in early to be checked out and left with a brand new battery, courtesy of Hyundai. While I was there the service manager reminded me it was time for an oil change, and offered to take care of it while I was there. He even gave me the current service coupon discount even though I didn't have my e-mailed coupon with me.
