Great people to deal with. Excellent customer service both in sales and service department. Wouldn't buy my vehicles anywhere else! I drive over 40 miles to use your dealership. Appreciated the rental car while truck was being fixed.

oil change
Due to my maintenance warranty I get free oil changes but the additional courtesy car wash is nice (now just vacuum and you'll be perfect.

Great Experience
Sean really new the vehicle well and we appreciated the in-depth review of features. Definitely worth the 25 minute drive from Overland Park! Jeff Kirwan did a great job walking us through the paperwork. Advice to future customers? Very Pleased with Routine Service on Multiple Occasions
Every time I have been to Laird Noller Automotive in Lawrence, Kansas, for my Hyundai Santa Fe, I've been very satisfied with my service. The service workers are always kind, clear in their explanations about what's going on with my car, and helpful when I ask questions. I have been served by both Danny Dolar and Jessica Lund at different times, and both appear to be quality employees. I will continue to be a customeer at Laird Noller Automotive.

Great sales experience
Went in shopping for a vehicle over a few days. We dealt with Gene. Great sales experience. NONE of the "car salesman" attitude I dread. Test drove several cars. He was great as we tried to figure out what would meet the needs of our family. We have ALWAYS had good experiences with the salespeople going back twenty years at Laird Noller Lawrence.

Purchased Two Vehicals
This experience was very easy, and out sales person Josh made it painless. I did everything over email until the day I picked due to us being over an hour away. Josh was very quick to answer all questions in detail and to find me the vehicle I wanted, and order the truck my husband wanted. If we buy another vehicle we will drive the hour to buy from this dealership.

Routine Service
I use my car (2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid limited) for my business use and put about 5,000 miles a month on it. Every service since I bought it new from a different dealership has been done at Laird Noller Hyundai. Danny, Jessica and Paul and all the technicians are top notch. They have always given me what I need for my car at a fair price without any hassles and have often worked me into their schedule on short notice if needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting or needing service.
