You could't ask for better service.

I must say that Danny Dolar is phenomenal! Every time I come in to have my car serviced, whether it be for a simple oil change or a major transmission replacement, Danny will give you the best customer service. Being someone who is very particular about who works on my car, Danny is great about making sure that Shane Sharp is available and he does an awesome job. I have been coming to this place for years, these guys are really friendly, they explain everything that needs to be or has to be done, they take the time to listen to you and they try to get you the best deal. It's nice to know that whenever I have a car issue, these guys are there. Thanks Danny, Shane and Paul, keep up the great work.

Good Experience

Alex is very helpful with my car purchasing. He is good at explaining things and is very patient as well. The process of the car buying is also easy and pleasant.

Customer First. They live it!

Tony Sanders has always been easy to work with, but great overall experience on all fronts. One of the easiest car purchases I've had to date. Scott knocked it out on our trade, Alex and Jeff did a great job in finance - made it easy to give them the business! Great crew at Laird Noller in Lawrence. Thanks guys. We'll be back from KC again to work with these guys. If you arent working with Tony you are missing out!!

Awesome.

Josh Hoke is the best person I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. He made the process as quick and easy as possible, and he didn't mind answering all my questions and explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. Great experience!!

New Auto Purchase Made Easy

When the wife and I, both teachers, decided to shop for her new car we were both pleased at the reception and service we received at Laird Noller Hyundai. We started with a short visit, followed via e-mail and finalized the deal in an friendly manner. The experience was well worth the 100 mile drive. Thanks to the sales staff and finance staff that made the experience fast and friendly.

Service oriented...

My visit to the Service Center was due to an engine light appearing. The response was prompt, same day, and descriptive when completed. My ratings are high due to excellent service from this service team. They described the steps taken to alleviate the concern (a recalled part), provided a complimentary car wash, and ensured minimal disruption to my work day with a courtesy ride.

Friendliest Staff Ever!

Always helpful

I use Laird Noller for servicing all my cars. They are friendly, helpful and competent. Their service staff are very good and are willing to follow-up as necessary. I've used them for Mazdas, Hyundais, and now Mitsubishi. recommend without hesitation. Greg was incredibly helpful over a difficult situation.

Top Notch!

Bought a new whip for my baby's mama, couldn't be happier! She's got a great Ford Fusion, I got a great rate with low payment and between Jeff (said he was a former MMA featherweight champion, how cool!), and Alex(so suave and professional!), the finance director, we got a warranty, GAP, and all the maintenance locked up for a no worries type ownership! And we got a very fair and honest trade in value on our truck, and the Used Car Manager, G.W., was very easy to deal with! We are 100% satisfied, thanks Noller peeps!
