Service

Be careful to inspect the parts recommended for replacement. A new cabin air filter was recommended when it was replaced 11K miles ago ...it just needed to have some debris blown off of it. Be careful to inspect the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Returned the car five minutes after I left because the check engine light was on and the replaced brakes were making a clicking noise. Be careful to let the customer know if all of the service can be performed...one of the two recall services could not be performed because the part was not in. I would have scheduled the service at a later time knowing this; now I have to bring the car back to complete the service. Everything else about the service experience was fantastic. I am lucky to have my car at this Laird Noller location. I have heard a lot of negative about service at the 23rd Street location. A friend who has purchased four vehicles from that location has experienced nothing but problems and swears he will never buy another Ford or Mazda vehicle from them. Postscript: I didn't submit my previous review because this site required 25 words minimum and I did not have 25 words worth of feedback. Note that I replied to the e-mail I received indicating this issue and heard nothing back. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. If I receive no acknowledgement I have copied this message and will take it directly to Noller myself.

Made a big decision easy and comfortable

I have purchased four vehicles at this dealership over a 20 year period and this is the only place I have ever needed to go. All of my experiences have been good, but this time it was excellent. I was in the market for a used family vehicle this time and am way too busy to spend a lot of time at the lot, every time I called with questions on the vehicle I was interested in, and purchased, I was able to get my questions answered promptly. Everyone was very professional, friendly and put zero pressure on me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman tried using scare tactics to get us to buy the vehicle until we told him we weren't dealing with that. When we did buy the vehicle there were a couple of things that were to be fixed. We didn't hear from the sales rep for over 2 weeks after several phone calls and emails. When we finally did get ahold of them they said they would find out the information we were asking for and then never called back. When we finally got the car to them to fix it took longer than it should have to fix the problems. The last straw came today when my fiancé went to tag and register the car. Laird noller never signed the title before they sent it to us! We will never do business with laird noller again and we will make sure to tell everyone we know not to do business there either.

Love my new car and people at ford were great to work with!

Jerry, Norma, and Cody were all great. I test drove several times. They were very patient and helpful. I love my new car. They made buying my new car a fun experience.

Fair and up front

I had a very good experience from start to finish. I ended up getting a model that was different than I expected, and they helped me resolve this without even blinking an eye. Every single person was sincere the entire time, from sales to finance. I've had additional questions since my purchase, and my sales person has continued to be of great service.

Great Service...

Excellent overall experience, Jessica was very helpful and responsive to our situation as we had troubles with our vehicle while we were out of town dropping of a kid for college.

Friendly and Professional

When I set out to buy a car, I intended to test drive multiple brands and models in order to decide which I liked best out of those I narrowed my search down to. I visited the Laurd Noller dealership multiple times and I was met with patience, professionalism, and friendliness each time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone whonisnlookinggor a friendly, professional, and low pressure experience. In addition, I got the specific car I wanted at a reasonable price.

Pleasant car-buying experience

My elderly parents and I worked with Alex Alvarado toward the purchase of a new Sonata. This was a pleasant experience. There was no pressure placed upon my parents to make a quick decision or buy that day. Alex was helpful with information on the car made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend the dealership and Alex to anyone considering the purchase of a new car. I think my parents got a great deal-better than ones we saw at other dealers. Thanks, Alex.
