Excellent

We are from CO . We were working to buy a ford Raptor and shopped Internet ..josh stayed with us until we made our decision. He helped us find good financing. The only thing that could be improved was "make ready" on the truck. Under the hood was dirty. Engine block etc should have been cleaned better

Understanding

Through several emails it was understood that I would go to Lawrence and try to make a deal on a Mazda6. Then I had to call Matt Bigelow and tell him my wife had vetoed getting a new cart at that time. When I called Matt to tell him about my wife's decision, he was very understanding and I didn't detect any trace of hostility because of maybe a lost sale. That made it all the nicer to deal with Matt after my wife changed her mind and let the trade begin. Hang on to Matt. He is a "keeper". John Howard

Easiest car purchase ever!

Great Service

I purchased a truck a little less than a month ago. I discovered that the driver's side heat was not working and that the part and labor would be costly. Laird Noller stepped in and took care of the issue without a hitch and managed to resolve an additional problem that I was unaware of. I was provided a sufficient loaner during the repair. I am very impressed and pleased with the service that I received throughout the process and will definitely be giving them future business. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great Customer Service

We worked with Jerry Hall, Marc Hauser and Jeff Kirwan in arranging the purchase of a Ford Transit Connect wagon. They were all excellent to work with. Jerry arranged to let us take the test drive vehicle to our home so that we could check how it would fit in our garage. He worked hard with Marc to find the vehicle that met our specifications. Once the vehicle came in, Jerry was very thorough in going over the features of the vehicle and let us take it for a long inspection drive. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all our questions. He was very personable and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Great Experience

Had great customer service and it's an excellent choice for buying a vehicle for the first time! I went in and Sean worked with me on everything to find the best vehicle fit for me. I was a first time buyer and they explained every detail through and through. I got a sweet car at an affordable price and felt very satisfied walking out their doors.

Excellent Service

I worked with Anthony Thompson to buy a car for my daughter and can't say enough great things about him. Very patient and attentive to details - he even took the initiative to transfer my daughter's college parking pass and KU front plate to her new car. Great service! Jon Riedel was equally great. I appreciated him taking the time to really explain the purchasing process to my daughter and providing her great advice for when she's ready to purchase a car on her own. First-class experience all the way around!
