Great Experience

We have not purchased a car in several years. To be honest, I was dreading the process - the pressure, the games, the fees that are sprung upon you. I hadn't even really considered Kia at first. I have always purchased from one of the big three American automakers. I checked out the Kia dealership just to cover my bases. We test drove the Sorento and thought it compared very favorably to other vehicles. Then came the sales process. My rep was Brandon - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. There was no pressure, no attempt to up-sell beyond our range. He showed us what we needed to see and answered our questions. When we found a comparable type vehicle by another manufacturer at a cheaper price, he was willing to negotiate to make it happen. Furthermore, there was no pressure from the finance personnel either. Different warranties and programs were offered and my decision was respected without the high pressure approach (which would have prompted us to leave). In short - the buying process was extremely positive and very pleasant. I have no qualms about recommending Briggs Kia to anyone in the market for a car. I will certainly give them strong consideration the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

Buy from Brandon

I bought my Kia Soul on the coldest day in Topeka. Brandon...my sales rep.....brought every car I wanted to drive into the service bays so I wouldn't have to go out side in the cold to get in. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. He was always working for me to get the best price...and he did!! Thanks Brandon...........see you in 6 years, when I buy my next Kia!!!

Exceptional Dealer Experience

I am quite pleased with my purchase experience (of a 2014 Cadenza) with Briggs Kia. Both Brandon (salesman) and Chris (sales manager) were open and honest with me throughout the process. The negotiation process was all above board - no games whatsoever - and the final price was fair to both sides. I have the feeling that I could call Brandon at 3:00am and he would willingly answer any question I might have. If you are looking for a low-key, no pressure, sales experience - consider these guys.

Carly was wonderful. found me the car I wanted right away and was very patient and showed me more. got me payments that worked. Austin was also very awesome and when I dropped off my car for siminize even brought me to work. he also did more cleaning of my car than was covered. the finance guywas great with my warranties discounting it for me and everyone really worked together. my 2012 Toyota corolla is the 2nd vehicle I've gotten at briggs kia and would recommend them to anyonea nd will come back again for future vehicles.

Great Service!

We had great service from Russ, Jay, Johnny and Nate. It was great to be able to go in there and come out with exactly what I asked for! So far I am completely satisfied with my Kia Optima and so happy to own my first Brand New Car from Briggs Kia!

2013 Kia Soul

I needed a different car, a more reliable car than the one I currently owned. So I contacted Briggs Kia and began working with Brandon Combs and Dan Ellsworth. Because of their persistence and desire to provide excellent customer service, I was able to purchase my new Kia Soul. I am so pleased that I chose Briggs Kia in Topeka to work with. New 2014 Kia Optima

My husband and I were very pleased with the new car buying experience at Briggs Kia. Our salesman, Patrick, was informative, pleasant to deal with, and made the buying experience awesome. It is also nice that they are pet friendly as I had to go pick up my dog from day care before we could complete the transaction and I just brought him back with me. We will definitely recommend Briggs to our family and friends.
