Service department was excellent in diagnosis and fixing of an issue I’ve been chasing with my diesel. Identified and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. They communicated very well, and let me know about a few other issues that I was unaware of.

Warranty recall
Shop people were great. Waiting area was clean, well lit, and the coffee machine was great. Many courtesy drivers asked if we all needed rides anywhere.

Lemon Lemon Lemon
I bought my truck in March 2018. Thank goodness I bought the warranty. My truck was in the shop longer than in my garage. One problem after another. It was like pulling teeth to get the darn thing fixed. Finally after 10 months of dealing with it, I traded it for another. Hopefully I won't have any more issues.
