I had an appointment at 7:30 to get my car worked on. When I got there Jerry Meeker told me the mechanics don't get there till 8:30. Why don't you just say your dealership opens at 6:00 but salesmen don't show till 9:00. I went to get air-conditioner and navigation worked on and a few other things. I told them this a month ago After 7 hours I was told they were done but couldn't fix the navigation or air conditioner fixed because they didn't have the part. Come on Mr. Williams is this how you run your dealership SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I will tell every person I ever meet not to get their car worked on there.

only gave 1 key and promised another still no key
They only gave one key when I purchased the truck and promised another and I call frequently and still have not been given a spare key!
