GARY WAS GREAT WITH GITTING BACK WITH ME.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR ON CARS.COM. I FOUND A FUSION AT MT.ORAB I LIKED, GARY DAILEY CONTACT ME RIGH AWAY. WE WHERE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT WORK DUE TO MY TRADE-IN. BUT I WAS HAPPY THAT HE WAS HONEST THATS HARD TO FIND NOW A DAYS!

Poor customer service

Sales rep Ryan M. Was somewhat cocky but said the right things until he realized that getting me in a car with the negative equity on my previous car would entail a little work on his part. After that he couldn't get rid of us quick enough. He said he would call us the next day and it has been 8 days later and still no reply back. I'm done with Mt. Orab and I wouldn't buy from them even if he called me right now with a better deal.

Third time is a charm!

The staff, from the GM, to the clerical are all helpful, friendly. All my questions were answered! Everything from the test drive to signing the paperwork, was done in a timely manner!

Felt Like Family

Our salesman, Okey Ramsey, was like dealing with a family member. He made purchasing our new Ford Explorer very nice. When all was said and done, we were extremely satisfied. Love my new Focus

I've never had a better experience buying a car. Every one was friendly and professional. They didn't pressure me. When I decided on the Focus, they gave me a great deal on my trade in and helped me get financing with a great interest rate. I have some bumps in my credit history, but they still got me a great rate and payment. They also made sure I knew how to operate all the new technology for the interior controls and synced my phone for hands free calling. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Excellent Dealership

This was an excellent buying process, and very easy as well thanks the Mt. Orab Ford. I dealt mainly with Ryan and he was very helpful. The buying process was easier than I thought it could be. If they weren't so busy I would have been out of there a lot quicker. Will recommend anyone to go there.
