Tri-State Nissan

Very laid back and comfortable atmosphere with friendly sales people that seem to genuinely care about their customers and follow up on sales. Compared to other dealerships, this was a positive experience that I will not forget.

My wife and I were looking to replace our 2003 PT Cruiser, we had a family friend at another dealership that was keeping an eye open for a cheap, low mileage vehicle, that would seat our family of 4 comfortably. We thought we had decided on a few vehicles however, we were not able to find any after a month of exhaustive searches. Finally, we found one and drove to Safford Dodge in Warrenton, VA. The used car sales manager knew that we would be driving at least an hour and promised to save the vehicle for us to look at. When we got there we found out that he lied. On our way back, on a whim, we decided to stop at Tri-State Nissan. At first we were a little frustrated because our original salesman, Steve, had another customer and had to hand us off. Brian Nieves though, did a great job in picking up where Steve left off. By the time we left we had bought a Nissan Versa and are customers for life because of the treatment that we have received so far.

I am the proud owner of a new Nissan Altima, thanks to the very friendly and professional staff at Tri State Nissan. I had been comparing several fuel efficient vehicles, including the Hyundai Sonata and Elantra models. I test drove a Sonata at another dealership, but couldn't get the deal I wanted from them. Mostly I missed the genial way that had been treated at Tri State Nissan when I purchased a vehicle from them in April. After establishing contact with Brian Nieves via email, I soon had a deal that I was very pleased with. Everyone involved in the process was very accommodating to my schedule, the transaction could not have been more pleasant. We went to Hamilton Nissan first but weren't happy with the price or the service. We arrived at Tri-State Nissan at 7:15pm the other night and the guys stayed until we were taken care of and got what we wanted even though they had been there for 12 hours working. They were pleasant and a lot of fun to work with. They worked as much as they could to get the price that we were willing to pay. When I went to pick it up, they made sure everything was spotless and exactly as we wanted it. They explained everything in detail to make sure we understood how to use certain features of the car. Great place to do business!

We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Tri-State Nissan over the last 4 years. Everytime we come in everyone is super friendly and helpful. Our sales consultant Claire, was amazing, she knows alot about each vehicle and works hard to get the best vehicle and price that you are looking for. She also was very patient with us while we were making our decisions. The sales manager David was also very helpful, and upbet. Our financial consultant Jeremy, was also helpful and easy going, when it came time to finalize the paperwork. We would recommend Tri-State Nissan to anyone and will be purchasing again soon!

We were looking for a trade in on our Altima. We needed a car that would be easier to get in and out of. We chose the Versa. DJ was very helpful, explained the operation of the car, and made us feel very welcome. He is knowledgable and took time to explain everything. We also appreciate the personal service extended by Steve Ward...His staff certainly reflects Steve's appreciation of customers. Mr. Ross reflected the same consideration that was shown by DJ and Steve. Everyone made our experience a great one.

My Wife and I were out looking at new cars once we stopped at Tri-State Nissan and dealt with DJ Lilly (The Big Guy) trailing to another dealer was over. DJ is a great Sale Consultant that made our time and experience to Tri-State a joy, very comfortable and never pushy. He is a great person and always shows the can do altitude and Tri-State is lucky to have someone like The Big Guy on their staff serving the public.
