DJ Lilly was extremely professional and helpful. I walked in the dealership with the vehicle I wanted in mind as well as a price I was willing to pay. There was no pressure from the staff and was a very relaxed environment compared to the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. DJ worked with me on the price and I ended up purchasing the vehicle the following day. I am extremely happy with Tri-State and will deal with them again in the near future I am sure!

The salesperson that I worked with was very friendly and helpful. Both he and the sales manager worked with me to meet the price point that I walked in the door with and did not pressure me at all. The sale was wrapped up quickly and efficiently and I drove away with a new car that I love within 24 hours of walking in the door.

Love the service departmet. They are going the extra mile to make things right. Mat is friendly and considerate. Will never buy anything from Daniel Nelson again, nor will I recommend him to friends. Daniel was friendly and cool, but he lied several times just to make the sale.

This was one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have had.This was our time first dealing with Tri State Nissan and the first time we have purchased a nissan. Sales person Brian Nieves and finance person Nan Hau were excellent and very professional. Definetly would buy another car from this dealer.

D.J. was wonderful! He was so great to work with and was honest/trustworthy. He made me feel at ease and was so helpful. He took his time to show all the details/perks with all the cars and helped us compare vehicles. I wasn't sure what kind of vehicle that I wanted, but DJ was full of knowledge and was patient with us. I was his first customer! He was so enthusiastic and willing to work with us to find what we wanted.

I walked onto the lot just to look and see what was out there. DJ greeted us and wore a smile the whole time. He never pressured but listened to exactly what we wanted and worked hard to find that in a car while asking about our life and getting to know us personally. We ended up deciding on a used Sentra SER and LOVE THIS CAR! I was so impressed that I was able to take it home for the night and come back the next day to sign the paperwork...he worked with us on price and I know he got us the best deal that he could. Brian Nieves, Internet Manager and his supervisor David were very professional and helpful. They kept our car buying experience light with some good humor. Made my wife and I very comfortable with the whole car buying situation. Like the Gold plan with replacement tires for the life of the vehicle. One of the reasons why we decided to buy from Tri-State. On the Finaial end, Nan Hays was very help and helped us make decisions on various options.
