Basically just overall great atmosphere from sales to service. We have alwasy taken our cars there for service and just recently purchased another vehicel. we are very happy and would recommend them again.

Drove on the lot, was met by James told him I had 3 numbers for you to hit and will give you 2 chances. Right off the bat he hit 2 out of 3. We had a problem with the 3rd figure, financing. All 3 people reworked their figures and actually came below my number I gave them. Walked out the door with a new set of keys. Best Salesmen I have dealt with in years. Not only did he know his product , he also his time to understand our needs. Great follow through on questions and mde sure my wife was understood the many new functions available in the SUV This was the 5th sales man / dealership that we had visited to find our new car . All the SUVs we test drove were nice but Rusty made the difference .

Tri-State Nissan won me over (I am a staunch Toyota customer) through its incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Starting with the purchase of my wife's Versa in 2003, the service department quickly got me to transfer my allegiance for work on my Tacoma. My recent experience, particularly with Brian Nieves and Cathy Fritzges, was a smooth, laid-back sales experience that I did not feel pressured me in any way.
