I have given this rating because DJ was VERY helpful both before and after the sale. He was extremely friendly, and helped us not get in over our head, regarding payments. This is our second Nissan purchased from this dealership, and we will continue to do business with them in the future. We have also had great dealings with the service dept. in the past, which says a lot! Love the Free Tires For Life Program, providing one less headache!

I came into the dealership today thinking I was just going to test drive the Titan Pro 4x. Rusty offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I will recommend this guy to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Or in my case a certified pre owned... Thank Rusty!

My husband and I said we were going to just LOOK at cars...

My husband and I said we were going to just LOOK at cars not buying until maybe April or May. We were greeted by Steven Palmer with a hand shake. When we told Steven that we were just looking he never changed the way he first greeted us , some sells people turn there nose up at you and are ready to move on to the next customer NOT Steven! Very nice gentle man and showed us some Altima's and the next thing I knew we were in the office and was offered great rebates and the payments that we decided was affordable for us. I was having problems with my current car and was...

I was having problems with my current car and was thinking about getting a brand new car. On my way home from work one morning I heard an ad for Tri State Nissan. When I got home I looked them up on the internet. I called the number on the site and was directed to DJ Lilly. From the first conversation we had on the phone to the moment we met in person he was very professional and also very nice. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the door and was taken straight to DJ's office where I was introduced to Mr. Lilly. We began to talk about what I was interested in and what price range I was thinking of. He got some of my personal info and got to work. He found the car that first came to mind and went out to the lot and brought it out for me to see. It was exactly what I had in mind, and the price could not have been beat. He showed me all the bells and whistles, and I was sold. We then went to the financial department and discussed payment options and package deals. The car I wanted was now mine! Everyone involved was very professional and also very friendly. My next vehicles will surely come from Trial State Nissan! Sincerely, Jamie Root

We have purchased three different cars over the years at...

We have purchased three different cars over the years at Tri State. Every single experience has been fantastic. The sales staff offered no pressure and worked with us to find the exact car for our needs. The experience is about as pleasant as car buying can be. The staff from sales all the way through to finance is friendly and knowledgeable. On the service side, the advisors don't try to over-sell you with unnecessary work. The Express service for routine oil changes is about as efficient as I've ever seen a dealership service program and the tire replacement program for dealer-bought vehicles is great as well. We've bought a number of cars over the years and I have to say Tri State may be the best of all of them. It's rare to find a dealership that is this good. We'll keep returning as long as this continues to be the case.

We were looking for an electric vehicle. An individual, name unknown, overheard us talking and recomemmded Tri State, he was a previous customer and thought highly of the dealership. We found the sales personnel friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We purhased a new Nissan Leaf two days later--and are very pleased.

I recently purchased a 2012 Altima 2.5 coupe from Tri State Nissan. My FIRST NEW CAR. Daniel Charles was the Sales Associate. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very concerned in helping me make decisions about the many options available on new cars. After showing me several models and taking a "test ride" in a selected one, it now sits in my driveway awaiting many more "test" drives. A wonderful experience in buying a new car. Thank you ,Daniel. and all the staff at TSN. Highly recommended.
