I came in to inquire about trading my car for a new 2012...

I came in to inquire about trading my car for a new 2012 vehichle. I was greeted instantly by James Watkins and we got down to the business of discussing my trade in. He showed me what I was looking for and we proceeded to complete the process. I was finished with the whole process in a short amount of time. All the other people that helped me were very considerate of my needs and wants. The whole process was the best experience I've ever had in buying a new car.

Rusty Moorhouse (sales) and Cathy Fritzges (finance) were great! Both were very efficient and could not have been more friendly. I am very pleased with the service I received from both of them and definitely recommend them to anyone else interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Rusty met us at the door and listened to us as we described what we wanted in a car. Based on this information, he recommended a car for us. It was different than what we thought at first, but it was the right car for us. He went out of his way to locate the car for us and get us the best car for the money. Not only was he very helpful, but he was very pleasant to work with and listened to us for our needs.

This dealership and its customer reps were the best I...

This dealership and its customer reps were the best I have ever encountered in the more than 43 years I have owned vehicles. From the Salesman to the Finance man and the Service reps all were more than helpful and knowledgeable during my visit. For the first time in dealing with dealerships I did not feel that I was given the "run around" at any phase of my visit. The Versa sold to me was exactly what I wanted and not a "second choice" which many dealerships try to pass off. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. ...

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. The Salesman are very easy and pleasant to work with and do not pressure you into buying a vehicle unless you are comfortable with the deal. The service department has always been great to deal with and very pleasant as well. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly, highly knowledgeable staff.

Our salesman was Steve Palmer. He was extremely helpful...

Our salesman was Steve Palmer. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. Every effort was made to get us the specific car we wanted for the price we wanted. The effort that was made to obtain the right color for us was impressive. He even showed how everything works after the car was delivered. In fact, he even called us the next day to see if we need any help with anything. Jeremy Ross was also very efficient and friendly. He finalized the paperwork and explained everything we need to know. This is the second car we have bought at your dealership, and it has been a pleasant experience each time. The personnel and service are excellent. We would refer any of our friends to you dealership.

I had a great experience over the weekend buying a car. Brian Nieves was a great help at finding the perfect fit for me. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL like you do at most dealerships. They are honest and really explain the process well which is comforting especially to a first time buyer. I will be making all my future purchases with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Came to tri state because of excellent service my husband...

Came to tri state because of excellent service my husband had received. Dj Lilly was super helpful when helping me find a car that best suits my needs and my finances. Dj communicated through out the whole process and when I thought it was hopeless, Dj called me three days later to let me know he and Dave had continued to work and had found my something I could afford. I had given up and now I have a brand new altima. I have definetly become a customer for life.
