We bought an 2021 F-150 from them. I then went out west to work on a wildfire and, on the way home, the truck died. Originally, I wrote a pretty scathing review of AutoNation Panama City. But, in spite of it all, they have been absolutely amazing. Not only have they been working with the dealership in Utah where the truck is currently being worked on, the leadership at AutoNation has been regularly keeping us informed and went out of their way to make a way for us to get home to Panama City from Utah even though the truck is still being worked on. It's a warranty thing and no fault of AutoNation. They have been nothing but caring and respectful to both me and my wife. I don't know if I will ever buy a Ford again, but I will most definitely buy from AutoNation PC again. I can't say enough about how the folks at AutoNation PC have truly earned my respect through their commitment to taking care of customers, even when that customer hasn't been the most pleasant human being.

This past Labor Day, my father and I had come into Arlington Heights Buick GMC to take a look at a brand new 2026 Buick Enclave Sport xx that we had found online the day prior. I was beyond impressed with how smooth the transaction was start-to-finish. There were no gimmicks here. I've been on both the good and bad end of car deals at the many dealerships I've had the opportunity to purchase from, but I can say with confidence that Arlington Heights Buick GMC is a place you should strongly consider your next vehicle purchase. I also wanted to take the time in this review to mention this dealership's sales manager, Nicolette. She provided an unwavering amount of transparency-from the purchase price, financing options, and trade-in value. These efforts did not go unnoticed, and I hope that I've expressed my sincere gratitude for this deserving dealer group in my honest review.
