We found Mike to be very pleasant and helpful in our dealings with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions about the Mercedes we bought. He was certainly not "high pressure" but showed that he was very interested in meeting our needs. He spent more time than we expected in explaining all the features of the car and helped us to make our decision in a timely manner.

Was thinking about replacing my wife's 2010 BMW 5 series with a new E350. The short and sweet version. Showed up to the dealership to get information on E350. Saw sitting in front of the showroom an amazing looking car (the CLS550) that immediately grabbed my attention, but the price was quite a bit of a step up from the E350. Worked with Mike and test drove the E350 and immediately noticed a difference in the ride (E350 had a much nicer and quieter ride than the BMW 5 series). Mike was very helpful in explaining all of the features and options that I could have put on the car, since I was looking for a number of safety options that could be added. Had Mike put together some numbers on what I was looking for and he contacted me back the next day. The problem was that I could not get the CLS550 out of my head. Needless to say, when Mike contacted me back the next day, I asked him what the numbers would look like if I had the same options put on the CLS. After about a week of debating, I decided to get my wife the CLS, and since our anniversary was coming up in about a month, it made the decision that much easier. Pros of the Deal: Mike is super easy to work with. He goes over and above on the sale and after the sale in making sure everything is to your liking and helping you understand all of the features of the vehicle (and there are an amazing amount of them in the CLS550). He even took the time to handle the registration of the M-brace safety feature that is now available. The pricing that Hagerstown Mercedes came back with was extremely competitive and fair. Could I have gotten the car down in the city for a $500 less...probably, but I would not have gotten a "no pressure", easy, and relaxed experience. Cons: Went for an E350 and ended up with a CLS550....they should have kept that car in the back and not put it right out front :-)

I visited Mercedes-Benz in Hagerstown specifically to take a look at a 2007 Cadillac CTS that my daughter had seen advertised and had spoken with Mike lavrenchik on the phone about. Mike met us at the door as we arrived and showed us the car. He was very knowledgable about the car, friendly without being pushy, and patient with us as we talked through what we wanted to do as far as financing. Mike worked with us to give us a price we were comfortable with without making us feel like we had to "haggle." We decided to buy the car and Mike made completing the paperwork, including the loan application a breeze. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson to anyone who would like their car buying experience to be without pressure or convoluted "wheeling and dealing" on price.

I bought my car from this dealership and the process was extremely pleasant. No pressure, and no gimmicks. As for the service, I am driving for about 190 miles round trip from Annapolis area to service my car at this dealership. I think this fact states everything. I tried the Mercedes Dealership service in my area and it is well bellow my expectations.

We came looking for a specific car, so we knew what we wanted & roughly knew what kind of a deal we had in mind. Barry London came out to greet us & right away we established a friendly rapport. He did his best to meet us on price & a satisfactory conclusion was reached, the necessary paperwork completed & happy customers left the premises !

My wife and I came to Hagerstown Mercedes just to get an up close and personal view of the 2013 C300. What we didn't expect was the wonder experience Barry and Austin provided us. Barry went well beyond any sales experience we have EVER had in the past. He took the time to answer all of our questions to learn what we liked and disliked in cars and then guided us through several options until we found the perfect fit. Barry even went out of his way to place cars side by side to help us make the best decision. His no pressure, generous personality was followed by the exceptional service of Austin. One word regarding my experience: WOW! I have purchased a lot of cars in my life including a Porsche, Infinity and MB before and I have never had a greater experience than with Hagerstown Mercedes Benz and specifically Barry and Austin. From the promptness of replies to our initial inquiry, to the detailed explanation of the amazing electronic package to the sweet surprise for us---- it was a first class 5 star experience all the way. Barry genuinely cares about his customers and was very thorough in making sure we understood everything about the car. I kept waiting for the old-school pressure sales pitches pushing me into stuff I don't want or need---it never happened. Austin's and Barry's approach was consultative all the way and they were both genuinely concerned that everything was the way I wanted it. Can you imagine that? I will never use another dealer. They were THAT good!
