I have bought/leased several S550 cars with Barry. He is extremely helpful obtaining the car I want, programing it, and explaining the new features. Austin was very good at presenting/reviewing the financials in advance. Justin runs a very good operation for the dealership. Barry and Alex are always extra accomidating with service.

Very kind and understanding. For some.reason my ml 350 was taking longer than planned on an oil change. They gave me a loaner car for free so that i could go on with my day and not have to sit there and wait. I love my car and the guys at the dealership!

I finally gave in! My family are long time MB owners and have been trying to convince me for sometime. I caved and bought a slightly used, ML 350. I love it! It is in great condition and looks brand new. The staff Andre Taylor and Austin were extremely helpful and nice. They stayed late waiting on me and did not rush the process at all. I will forever be in the MB family!

Recently had a great buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown- Barry and Austin were very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough!! Finally have my first MB! A sweet C300 luxury thanks to MD of Hagerstown and Berry London. Berry was completely professional and helpful in explaining to me the details of the car I was interested in and the financing process. He was diligent and respectfully persistant in seeing that I was given every financial maneuver that would in the end see me drive off with one of, no, the best car I have ever owned with a fair and reasonable deal. My experience with Mike Lavrenchik was very pleasant. He was helpful and did not push the sale. This approach was greatly appreciated. I felt listened to and I believe I received a fair deal. I would recommend Mike and the dealership to others. My experience with Justin Harbert for the finance portion of the sale was equally as pleasant. He explained the forms well and checked to make sure I understood the documents. It is evident that this dealership respects women where many many other dealerships do not. My wife and I heard about the promotions that Mercedes Benz had for new and used cars so went to Hagerstown to visit and check things out. I called the dealership prior to going and spoke with Bary London and he told me about the various promotions, deals, and cars available. I set up an appointment and we met with Barry and tried out a few cars. Barry is extremely knowledgable about the various models that Mercedes offers and soon had us looking and driving cars that we were very interested in. We have now just purchased a certified, pre-owned 2012 and we are most pleased. Barry was very helpful throughout the process and was never pressuring my wife and I to purchase anything. Rob Buchanan was also very helpful during the 'paperwork' phase of the purchase and helped us immensely with buying the right service plan for our new car.
